Worst experience ever!!!!
I have two small rooms. They guy on the phone said 100 minimum to come out even though it said $29 per room. OK fine no big deal I'm sure they can do an area rug to make up for the difference. The guy shows up and I have pretty much moved everything just needed help with mattress. He says $225 for the two rooms!! Because of some deep cleaning solution in the high traffic areas. I know that's BS! you come to clean carpets you know it is going to need that stupid spray bottle you say is so special it shouldn't cost $125 more. Well i can do better if you pay cash. Oh really; didn't see that line coming!!! Ok "how much" I said? "$200" he said I said "you need to leave now!" He said "How much you want to pay" I said "$150" I figured 50 was worth the special mystery spray who knows whats in it. It could very well be magical. Well it wasn't!!! in Steam cleaning I would think I would have seen steam, nope. Also, you would think the carpet would be clean to a point that you wouldn't see dark spots on a very dark blue carpet. How about a fresh smell? No fresh smell! Did I mention my carpets are only 2 1/2 years old. WTF!
