I was housesitting for friend of mine, and I wanted to surprise him with clean carpets. The guys showed up on time, which right off the bat set them apart from most of the carpet cleaners I'd used in the past.
I was a little worried because usually you get a cheap quote up front and then you get a whole lot of high pressure sales to get you to do a bunch of other things. These guys didn't do that. The technicians were friendly and made some no pressure suggestions, and I actually got his couch and his dining room chairs done, too.
It was really reasonably priced and they did a fabulous job. I wish they were in Orange County so I could use them for my own place.
