I've been going here for pedicures for the past few years. I've been to quite a few other salons around town, even other Aveda salons and this one is my favorite. I love the historic feel, architecture and set up of the salon itself as well as all the people, who are very kind and thoughtful, even though I'm not cool or trendy and usually come dragging in in a dirty uniform, dirt under my nails and almost never remember to shave my legs. I've never once been looked down at or judged, even by the most trendy technician there. I'm always treated with dignity and respect no matter how bad I look! You don't get that everywhere, I know first hand! Now I've seen a few different nail techs, all wonderful, but then I found Emily. She's the tech for me!! She is not only a very down to earth and sweet girl but quite talented. Today I finally took the jump and decided to have her cut my hair for the first time. What the hell...have I been living under a rock? When did a simple scalp massage during the shampoo turn into the best scalp massage I've had, even during a massage? And, to top it off, like it needed to be or something, Monica gave me a wonderful, deep hand massage as Emily took her time working over my head...hell, I'll go back just for that!!! The cut was great and Emily LISTENED, understood and perfectly executed the cut, even coming up with a slight tweek that no one had ever thought of doing that made the cut even better for me. I love this girl! This is the first cut where I didn't walk out of the salon thinking ""I'll just fix this when I get home"" I love this place! Thank you Emily!! You are a great asset to your company :) As always, I'll be back! more

So I decided to pamper myself and go to Estetica for a hair cut. I was refered to Kelly by a co worker who had been seeing her for a year. I arrived a bit early and enjoyed some Aveda Tea and the great aroma that filled the air. I was so excited to finally be away and to relax and it turned out to be far from it. I told the stylist exactly what I wanted. We discussed the cut and I thought we were on the same page until she began cutting and cutting and cutting. She kept on talking about herself for the whole time I was there and other stylists kept on coming in to interupt the cut by asking for permission for different things. Odd. It was a huge distraction and now I know why I left with the complete opposite than what I asked for. When I was checking out my stylist then pressured me to buy products and come back in four weeks and how i needed my appointment today. Four weeks will be how long until I get used to my new chop job. I felt like I was just some sort of routine and a dollar sign, rather than a person. Over all my experience was very poor. The only relaxation was sipping my tea in the lobby! more

\r I really enjoy my new hair stylist vernita, this is only my second time seeing her, but she always goes over what we will be doing and ask if there is any thing I want to change or keep. which is very helpful to me because, As a full-time student i'am on a budget. vernita give me a very simple yet fun,stylish color and hair cut ! I get tons of compliments from all my friends and family, even my husband likes what she does :) she does a wonderful job I cant wait to go back. thank you Estetica!\r more

I have been going to this salon for about 2 years and recommend it to anyone who wants to have great style for a fair price - all while being treated with exceptional customer service. My stylist is Molly. She is a gem and a rockstar at her job! I have high standards when it comes to hair, but with Molly I have never been let down. I have complete confidence in her and trust her opinion. \r \r There have been times I have tried other places to appease a friend or family's recommendation, but I am always disappointed and end up running back to Estetica. Ok- so I am just visiting MN from NYC and made an appointment for a haircut here-sooo lucky! The place is beautiful to begin with! I had an AWESOME stylist- get her if you can-AMY!!! She was great! so nice and sweet and cut my hair awesome (I haven't had my hair cut in awhile because the last two I had were not so great) -if you are really picky like me I would go here and I definitely recommend Amy! I love my new hair, she recommended great products....I'm sooooo bummed I don't live here now because I want to go back more

Estetica is a wonderful salon with top-notch employees. They are smiling, ready to help, and all look beautiful. I HAD MY HAIR DONE BY NICOLE JOHNSON AT THIS SALON AND I JUST LOVED IT! I HAVE BEEN GOING BACK EVER SINCE THEN. IT WAS 100% WHAT I WANTED AND IT WAS SUPER CUTE. I've been going to my same stylist for years. I was ready for a change and decided to try Estetica Salon. I arrived to my appointment on time and was given a cup of tea and shown where to wait. THIRTY minutes later no one had even been back to update me on what was up. I went to the front desk and found 4 of the people who worked there gabbing away. One checked the computer and said sorry, my stylist wasn't in yet. She offered to have me come back later. That's great! My whole day is booked and I just spent 1 hour of my precious Saturday time driving to and waiting for a stylist to show up. Then the lady offered me a trial size of some hand creme as a gift for having to wait. What a joke! Never going there again! In 8 years, I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes for my old stylist. Back I go to my old stylist. If you like bad customer service, this is the salon for you! Cons: Horrible customer service more

I had the most wonderful experience at this salon-I had gone to a previous salon for a color and it did not turn out the way i wanted it to, it actually looked nothing like what the stylist told me it would...I had a friend who saw Kelly at Estetica and referred her to me so I decided to go. Kelly fixed everything I hated about my hair and the best part was she offered a new style and color that would compliment my features better than what I had wanted! I am so much happier now with my hair and to have gone to someone who knows what they are doing! I was lucky enough to book a massage and facial from Lindsay Green. What an experience. Lindsay truly has a gift. Her hands are amazing. I felt rejuvenated and utterly relaxed. My facial was equally amazing. She was such a professionl, letting me know every step of the way, what she was doing and what products she was using. My face felt radiant. I would highly recommend Lindsay to all of my friends. Estetica Salon is simply beautiful. I was greeted with a smile and felt welcomed from the start. I went and saw Kae for lash extentions....she did the most amazing job! I have short stubby lashes and she transformed them into long beautiful full lashes! I have never felt more confident and beautiful about myself! Kae is so talented and such a sweet, kind person! I cannot wait to go back!!! Thanks so much Estetica! I have not found anyone that understood exactly what i wanted and listened to everything I was saying. I Left feeling Beautiful and even my husband noticed the wonderful change. I dont treat myself very often to pedicures but since its going to be summer and the sandals are comming out i had to do something about my nasty feet! I saw Katie and my experience was everything i needed and more! It was the most relaxing atmosphere and what matters the most is it was extremly clean. Katie took her time and made every penny i paid worth it. If i could go back every week belive me I would, i can now show my feet off and not be embarrassed :) I cant wait to Visit the salon agian real soon! Pros: great service, very relaxing, CLEAN more

This was my first time at Estetica and my hair was tore up! lol and when i say tore up, i mean tore up from the floor up . I first got the best head message ever which most salons dont do. next the shampoo which was awesome , best of all they refered me to the stylist Vernita, im very picky with my hair and she took the time to listen to me. I have all natural curls so i wanted it done right, she also educated me on products and up keep. My haircut was on point ! it was what i was looking for .new, exciting AND different . I know that I am a little biassed because I work with Kae- however......If anyone is looking for eyelash extensions she is your girl. \r She has been doing mine since last spring (08') and I am still hooked! They truely make me feel beautiful. What woman doesn't like to wake up feeling pretty? Or go swimming and get out of the pool feeling like a million bucks? Well I do! I called around trying to find a salon in the Twin Cities that didn't want to charge me an arm and a leg to have some extensions done. I found Estetica on the web and gave them a call. The girl that took the apointment told me I would be in good hands with Vernita, man was she right! She is in new talent, but you would never know that. I walked out of there feeling very beautiful and confidant, like one of those comercials where you stop traffic......anyway not only is she great at what she does she can carry on quite a conversation and I feel like I not only have a new hairsylist but a great friend! I got my hair done by the fun loving Gesile she made me feel comfortable and i laughed the whole time like we know each other for years. I was nervous about my new color , happy to say it was something new, fun and exciting i loved the color and the cut i walked out looking fabulous and i got tons of compliments, i refer everyone to Estetica Salon Pros: great staff and location more

I love Estetica! I was planning the best day of my life, my wedding day! I scheduled my entire bridal party at Estetica and we all felt pampered and loved! Tara did my hair and I was so excited about my look. Tracy, Becky, Giselle and Molly did the bridesmaids and they all looked stunning. Kae did my make up! She made me up but I still looked like me, not some over done tv star. Katie, Emily, Tracy and Nicole did our nails and they were beautiful! The owner came to wish me a wonderfful wedding day. It felt so personal to my day! What better way to start my new life. Pros: I felt like a Queen more
