Parts that I understood were covered by warranty were not covered after all.

I'm HAPPY 2/15/2016

The system was installed a year and a half two years ago. For the first time in eight or nine years we were actually warm in the house in the winter time. The service we've received has been efficient, clean, courteous people and I couldn't be happi>er. WE ARE HAPPY. more

Top notch service 2/12/2016

have always had professional service from Energy Savers. Pleasant employees and very knowledgeable. The only hiccup is the delay in getting an appt using the online appt request service ( they called me 2 wks after I requested an appt). It"s much faster just to call in. more

The guys that were at my house on 5058 3rd ave were awesome. They made me comfortable with a 2 year old and their work was totally professional. My new unit is awesome because of your awesome employees. Ty for such a good experience. So nice to have a warm home tonight. more

Used them for years and years 9/30/2015

We've known the people at Energy Savers of Columbus Georgia ever since they started business. Greg actually used to be one of our customers with our own business and my husband has known him when he used to work at one of those GMC truck dealerships, which was probably around twenty years ago. So we've known them for awhile. The people there are very nice and punctual and do their job well. They wouldn't be working at Energy Savers if they weren't! They're the only air conditioning company I've used for years and am always fine with their service more

Very pleased with their service and professionalism. 9/28/2015

Energy Savers installed our system ten years ago, and we have never had any issues with them. We renew our service package with them yearly, and it includes a yearly checkup and service appointments when there are issues with the system. Just recently we had an issue with our water heater on a Sunday night. I called Monday morning and someone was able to come out by 8:30 AM. The technician was punctual and called beforehand to make sure we were home. He came in and was able to resolve the issue right away. He explained the issue to us for future reference, and reset our system. We haven't had any issues with it since. more

Years of great service 9/3/2015

We have used Energy Savers of Columbus Georgia for years. They have always offered prompt service and their technicians are very good. We just had a new system installed in our home and the technicians did an excellent job at a very competitive price. more
