Parts that I understood were covered by warranty were not covered after all.

I couldn't ask for a more professional crew than Energy Savers - they show up on time and always call just before they get here so I can let my dogs out. They have been called for an emergency during the winter and were prompt in showing up and fixed the issue immediately! I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a great and professional service here in Columbus, GA! more

Great customer service 12/22/2014

When i call the office they sent someone out the same day and he understood what i was trying to do with my kitchen remodeling. They prepared the duct work that i needed for my over the cook top microwave and installed it in the most professional way possible. I learned a lot from just watching and staying out of their way. They may not be as cheap as others but it was well worth what i paid. more

Great service and promp responce to our call when our ac went out. 12/21/2014

Energy service was everything that we ask, replacing our old AC with a new efficient unit in our mobile home. Our energy cost have dropped in half and the new AC produces the cooling effect we wanted. At the rate of savings, the unit will pay for itself within 5 years. We are very pleased with everything that Energy Savers has done, and will highly recommend them to anyone. more

When we built our home in 1986, Energy Savers installed the original heating and air system. Since that time they have provided continuous routine service support twice a year and on those rare emergency occasions responded with their standard excellent response. When our original equipment needed replaced in the early part of this century, they replaced the old system quickly and with very little interruption to our daily life. "They are the best!" more
