Parts that I understood were covered by warranty were not covered after all.

This was the second time I had a technician from Energy Savers of Columbus Georgia visit. He was very professional and very polite. He explained everything as he went along from one feature to the next. He even wore shoe covers so he didn't make a mess. He explained his findings before he started work. He made great suggestions and was very nice. more

I didn't know what was going on with my air conditioner, and I contacted Energy Savers of Columbus, Georgia. Thomas was neat and clean, and very honest, which impressed me. I found out about Energy Savers through a friend of mine, who has had him for many years. I took out a yearly contract with Energy Savers and they're going to check my units twice a year, in the fall and spring. I've been a customer of Energy Savers since last month. I would definitely recommend them! I've already recommended Energy Savers of Columbus, Georgia to two of my friends! They are courteous and nice. Now all my friends are asking for Thomas! Extremely knowledgeable and polite. 10/28/2011

I think the servicemen from Energy Savers of Columbus Georgia really make the difference. They come out to service the equipment, and always do a great job. They'll come out regularly to switch the equipment from winter to summer mode and vice versa. Everybody who has come out is always on time and very helpful and knowledgeable about what they're doing. The gentleman who came out most recently, was very polite and took time to answer all of my questions. more

Very positive experience, very satisfied! 7/15/2011

After we contacted Energy Savers of Columbus Georgia, Jack came in and gave us an estimate. They were very professional and provided lots of good details. They gave us some options and we saw that the prices were very fair after we checked with other dealers in town. The work was done promptly and professionally. The only problem we had was the that thermostat was set incorrectly, so we called and they fixed it immediately. We had seen ads in the paper and radio for them. We dealt with their salesperson when he was with another company, and we had a great experience with him so we decided to call. We had a very positive experience with Energy Savers of Columbus Georgia, and we were very satisfied! more

Professional, prompt and efficient. 7/13/2011

Anytime we've ever had anything come up, Energy Savers of Columbus Georgia are prompt to show up. They are always able to fix the problem. They also have told us things on how to maintain our system in between the regular service we receive. They've done everything we've ever asked of them. Chris & Karla more

Energy Savers did a beautiful job. I even called to say that I liked the work they did. Give them a 10! They got my air conditioner going, and I appreciate that. They came in, found the leak, worked on the air conditioning and got it going. It's running well again. Thank God for Energy Savers! I appreciate what they did for me. more

Incredible service! 7/6/2011

Working with Energy Savers has been pretty amazing. We use them mainly as a commercial deal here on the farm that we run. Jack is the one who handles the Auburn area, and he is a heck of a guy. He's helped us out a lot. Energy Savers serviced five of our units. They figured them all out in day, and got them fixed up and running for us. They saved us a lot of money, as the people who were out before wanted to just replace everything. I use Energy Savers at home too, and it's worked out very well. We have recommended them to a lot of people. Their service is top notch. more

Energy Savers of Columbus are a great company. I have been using them for fifteen years, and I'm very happy with the service. I use them mostly for normal, standard maintenance type of work. They are always professional, and know what they are doing. Most recently, I had them replace a grip pan that was leaking. It was an older part, and they didn't have a spare one on hand. After determining the root of the problem quickly, they ordered the part from their supplier and expected to have it in in a few days. Unfortunately, their supplier was slow and the part took almost two weeks to come in. This wasn't Energy Savers' fault, however. When it comes to the actual work, and things they have control over, they do a great job. more

I would have saved a lot more if only I had gone to Energy Savers of Georgia first! 4/4/2011

Energy Savers of Georgia was the second quote I got, and it was a free estimate. Compared to the first, more expensive quote I'd gotten from another company, which cost me eighty dollars for the estimate alone. Energy Savers was easy to work with, honest and considerably cheaper, I wish I had gone to them first. They arrived on time and were friendly. They were thorough, professional and knowledgeable. They worked quickly and cleaned up everything when they were done. The only thing that proved they had even been there was the new equipment they left behind. It was a great experience! more

Energy Savers has always been good for me. I've been doing business with them for a long time, for 40 years, ever sine they've been in business! They do all my work. I felt good about their work, and if I didn't feel good about them, I wouldn't have been using them for so long! I'm a retired carpenter, and I've been in this business all my life, so I know when things are right, and they do it right. more

Energy Savers put in a unit for me, but I'm not happy with the noise. It's in the hallway right there, but my old one wasn't that noisy. They've been trying to correct the problem, and I think they just might have to put it up in the attic; I don't know. But they are professional and everything, and they've been working with me, I just have to call them and tell them the last thing they did isn't working for me. That's all, they're working with me so far. more

Best ever 3/11/2011

The gentleman who did my maintanence was outstanding and did things (like cleaning off the outside fan) that no-one else has ever done. He was conscientious about using the blue shoe covers that others have not been. (I have had new wood flooring since the last time and the two that came when I had rugs down never even put on blue shoe covers!) He is deserving of recognition! more
