Energy Savers installed our system ten years ago, and we have never had any issues with them. We renew our service package with them yearly, and it includes a yearly checkup and service appointments when there are issues with the system.
Just recently we had an issue with our water heater on a Sunday night. I called Monday morning and someone was able to come out by 8:30 AM. The technician was punctual and called beforehand to make sure we were home. He came in and was able to resolve the issue right away. He explained the issue to us for future reference, and reset our system. We haven't had any issues with it since.
