Service that Satisfies! 12/15/2014

We have an older HVAC system. It was in our home when my husband purchased the home. We have the Gold Plan with Energy Savers, and it is worth every penny. Technicians are ALWAYS friendly and professional. They make recommendations based on our needs, and suggestions for energy efficiency. That is the reason we have NEVER used anyone else for our HVAC needs. We will continue to use Energy Savers due to the superior service they provide. more

Energy Savers of Columbus Georgia are like the referee and the ball game; they are always doing their job very professionally. They come on time and follow up with good communication whenever the systems are not performing well. They installed two new units for me and made some great recommendations in new technology. In both units, they do routine maintenance and take care of the service and warranty. I have another service that gives me priority service and it has been fantastic! more

We have a plan with Energy Savers where they come out twice a year to service our heating and A/C unit. They make sure if everything's alright. I like that they come out quickly. Setting up an appointment is quick and convenient and we're always satisfied with the results. more

Professional friendly service provides great product! 11/18/2014

I have used Energy Savers twice so far. Both times were to purchase a new heat and pump system. I purchased the first one almost twenty years ago. I was reluctant to use them a second time around, as I felt they were condescending last time, and not as friendly as I would expect. However, the heat and pump system was a great product, and worked efficiently for a long time, which was why I chose to use them again this time around. And I am happy I did, as this time their customer service and installation crew was much friendlier and very professional. They even taught me how to use it this time, and secured it neatly. It's not unsightly-looking at all. The whole installation went smoothly. more

I'm very satisfied with Energy Savers of Columbus, Georgia. I had seen their truck around the neighborhood, and when I started to have some problems with my furnace I decided to give them a call. They replaced my heating and cooling unit for me, and did a great job. They arrived on time, did the work in a timely fashion, and were just pleasant to work with. The service technicians were very professional, and I could not have asked for a better job. more

Very professional and courteous company. 11/6/2014

I called Energy Savers of Columbus Georgia when I found them in an ad in the paper. I needed a new air and heating system in my home. When I spoke with a staff member at their business, they showed measurements and different systems they had. It was not a hard sales type of atmosphere which made me feel comfortable. I chose the system I thought would work best for my home. When they installed it in my house, they were very professional and protected our floors with plastic sheets. They even hauled away our old unit to keep it out of our way. more

I have had Energy Savers maintenance my heating and air systems for over 10 years. My house was the second home built in my neighborhood in 1992. Everyone has already replaced the AC units except me and I owe it all to Energy Savers performing my two yearly maintenence calls each year on my systems. more

Energy Savers of Columbus Georgia have been doing my heating and air maintenance for over ten years. When I first moved here, a neighbor of mine recommended them to me, and I have been a satisfied customer ever since. They respond quickly when there's an emergency. The staff is well-trained. They keep tidy and do a really good job. Prices are fair for what the market is. When you are looking for an ongoing relationship with a company, the most important quality to look for is their reliability, and I have found Energy Savers to be completely trustworthy. It's been a good experience. more

Not the cheapest, but you can trust them to do good work. 8/26/2013

I've been doing business with Energy Savers of Columbus, Georgia for almost 20 years. When I redid my house they put in my complete system. I've bought a brand new system from them over the years as they've replaced the heater, air conditioner, and all that. There have been periods of time when I had a lot of problems with the equipment out here and they had to replace parts. They were very good about it once they saw what the problem was. I've stuck with them because they know the house out here and how it works. It's easier than finding someone new. They have very nice people who work for them. The technician who comes out is always very considerate and seems very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them, but they are expensive. That's the only negative thing I can say. Every time I have repair work done it seems to cost more and more. If I shopped around, I could probably find a cheaper company. But they do good work and they stand behind their work. more

We've been with Energy Savers for five years. They are wonderful people. They are always reliable, do the job, and double check it. And I like the owner. They've installed air conditioners and heaters for us and they've serviced them. They do what they're supposed to do. They're reliable. You call them and they're going to do the job. They're professional. more
