Honest Employees, great rental, 8 passenger Ford Explorer 4/13/2014

Rented an 8 passenger Ford Explorer. I called in advance and was given exactly what I asked for. Rented from the Flushing, NY, facility. It was a 2013 beautiful white truck and very clean! The staff was very friendly, courteous and honest. I forgot my camera in the truck when I returned the truck, and immediately I was contacted that I left my camera there. I would definitely rent from Empire again and would recommend them to all my friends and family. more

Great out-of-the-country experience 2/15/2014

We were coming to the US on business and had some complications with paying with one's person credit card, while the other drives — no default services like Hertz even wanted to deal with us. Then we had to drive to RI from NY, which is a stretch for most local rentals. And we were flying in on Saturday afternoon. Empire satisfied us entirely, were quick to respond to a multitude of questions we had and didn't waste any of our time. more

Excellent people 1/31/2014

Whiel the car was a little old and a few minor parts dirty or slightly damaged, the service here is amazing. I was in a tight situation needing to find a new reservation at the 11th hour after the nearby enterprise closed and the friendly staff waited 15 minutes beyond their closing time to get me in a car so i could drive some buddy's upstate for a snow trip. They saved my weekend more

Great experience with Beverly! 1/11/2014

We rented a small truck today and had great experience at the Brooklyn location. Beverly was extremely nice helpful and professional and got us the truck in no time. The service technician was very nice too and even gave us recommendations with directions. Altogether very pleased with the transaction, great deal on the price, straightforward, no hassle! Wonderful Customer Service 1/9/2014

I needed a rental do to my tires & rims getting stolen the day after x-mas and no rentals were available anywhere. Empire Rental came thru with a rental car and Gloria handled the insurance company with all the arrangements. Thank you again for all your help! I would definitely recommend Empire Rent a Car! more

wonderful surprise! 1/6/2014

Linda at the Fordham Road office was amazing. We need a car instantly, Enterprise disappointed us, thank God for Linda she came through, she was a angel. This is about Linda's service. I cannot say enough about that. Now the car that was something else. The car had a flat on the highway. the gas was given to us at three quarters full. They charge is $40 to refill it when we got back, not cool! overall I Linda's service, I would I recommend her. more

Needed a minivan last minute and these guys didn't disappoint. Everything from the beginning was smooth right from online reservation to returns. Was a pleasure to do business with them and shall definitely return for my next rental. more

I reserved a 8 passenger Ford Explorer on Veterans wekkend and I had the pleasure of speaking with Rob by phone to make changes in my reservation. Rob made my experience a lot easier and when I had an inconvenience I called him and he solved it minutes!!! Ask for Rob at 718-353-6848; you will not regret it. more

Great Guys!! 11/1/2013

Dear Sir's, It has been my experience that I have been treated with courtesy and respect. I have enjoyed doing business with these guys since 2007 when I bought a beautiful Ford Taurus after renting it for a week. I love this place because I do not have to use a credit card which I do not have or want. Thanks for helping me this week while my car was in for serivce you guys were a lifesver. Excellent rental company all around. I will return next year for that 15 Passenger Van again. Can't beat the prices and service. It was better than driving four cars to Pindar Winery in Cutchogue. Thanks to you we had a blast. Thank you. more

I have recommended Empire Rent A Car to others already. The person who represented them has great customer service. He answered all of my questions and helped me out with anything I needed. Anything I asked he was able to help me out with. This was my second time using their service. It was so good the first time that I went back. They're just easy to deal with. more

Great van rental place at a great price! 9/11/2013

I rented a 15 passenger van to a party in the Hamptons. The van rode very well and the feature we loved the most was the "line-in". The teens were able to plug their ipods and blast their music. Also the customer service was good. Thanks Ian for your professional service and for accommodating our needs. more

No truck at Uhaul. Last minute Empire did 9/4/2013

I reserved a moving truck several weeks ago at Uhaul.When I went to pick it up on Saturday, there was no truck to be found. I called Flushing Empire and they helped me out. Thank you. more
