Great experience 2/4/2012

I always enjoy my day of beauty at Elayne James Salon. The receptionist was very welcoming and friendly. Faith gave me a wonderful cut and some great conversation. I always feel relaxed and beautiful after my appointment and look forward to my return! I highly recommend this salon to others. more

As always going to the salon was a great experience. The staff are always pleasant and considerate. The atmosphere is relaxing. No matter what I get done by my stylist, Sam, I always get so many compliments. She is an awesome stylist and person. more

I've had my hair cut by several stylists through out the years and always have been satisfied. Brittany cuts my hair now and does an excellent job, I've never had a bad hair cut. Overall, I would recommend this salon Ito everyone. more

Nice Experience 1/20/2012

I have been a customer of Elayne James Salon for several years now. I started with "Sam", and I still continue with her. She has been ill from time to time, however, she and your staff have always tried to accomadate me. I still am happy with Sam as my stylist. If she is ill or unable to work I would ask for Erin who has taken care of me when Sam was out. Erin and Sam are a pleasure to work with. Thank you, Joanne O'Connor more

Excellent Service! 1/19/2012

This is my second appointment with Britni C. and I am very happy with her work. I have other family members that go to her and when my hairdresser moved out of state I had to look for another one. The first visit I had a cut and she suggested some products that worked. Yesterdays appointment was a color, cut, highlights and another treatment. She also recommended a shampoo for colored hair to help keep it bright. I am so glad I found her because she is very professional and does very good work which I am picky. I will continue to use her because I am very happy. more

Elayne James Salon has come a long way and in a good way. Top Notch products you would find in any NYC or Phila Salon. They are really interested in keeping your hair healthy. Very friendly and professional. Jessica and Ryan are great stylist. more

My experience at Elayne James Salon is always a good one. They have the best hair stylists around and I've tried many. Not only are they good at what they do, but they are always friendly, yet professional. I highly recommend this place if anyone is looking for a hair salon that will make you feel good about yourself when you walk out the doors. more
