I received a wonderful haircut and full foil from Faith and when the color appeared too dark she was very accomadating and sweet to fix the problem. although my initial appointment was in the expensive range, and I have been to many top salons..I will definetly be back more

I've been to Elayne James a few times now, usually with several months in between visits. I have had several different stylists work on my hair and I'm always happy with the results. Elyse did my hair on Friday. She was helpful with her styling tips and friendly during the appointment. I think I have finally switched salons. more

I enjoy my visits to Elayne James and seeing Ryan my stylist. He is professional and entertaining at the same time. It's pricey at EJ but this is the first time in years that I've liked my hairstyle. Keep offering promotions and think about offering incentives to book more expensive services to attract new clients. I love your new receptionist, Kara. She is so welcoming and very organized. Overall a great salon. more

Just letting you know that u all need to do whatever to keep Chris even if it's just Sat. He works his butt off. I came in this past Sat. With a last min appt. He was so willing to work me into his very busy schedule (home coming weekend). And still took his time with me. I even had him cut all my hair off and change my hair completely from my normal, but he didn't let it bother him. He took his time and I left so happy with my new "do" . He's Great! more
