I have been a customer of Elayne James Salon for several years now. I started with "Sam", and I still continue with her. She has been ill from time to time, however, she and your staff have always tried to accomadate me. I still am happy with Sam as my stylist. If she is ill or unable to work I would ask for Erin who has taken care of me when Sam was out. Erin and Sam are a pleasure to work with. Thank you, Joanne O'Connor
