The stylist I was going to at another salon did not listen to my wants and always seemed in a hurry to finish me and get on to the next client. I switched to Elaine James and got a very warm but professional stylist who listened to my wants and provided me with a great service. I have already booked my next appointment and look forward to receiving better haircuts! more

Special! 12/16/2011

Had my hair blown out by Ryan with a special keratin treatment. Felt and looked amazing..but the best part was the make-up application by Hannah...she's young but don't let that fool you....she knows how to make the most of your best features and is very relaxed and confident while she does it! I would highly recommend both services for a special event! Keep those deals coming as it brought me in. I would be remiss if I didn't mention your incredible receptionist, Kari. She keeps the salon running smoothly and gives the extra care your salon needed to keep customers returning. First impressions are lasting! Take care and Merry Christmas to all of you! more

I highly recommend the Gelish mani...if you like the look of natural nails without the fuss of fixing chipped polish...it's the way to go! Val does a beautiful job and the results lasted me a solid two weeks. more

What impresses me the most is the absolute punctuality of my appt. Never have to wait more than a couple of minutes, sometimes Val is there waiting for me when I walk in the door. Also, your receptionist is very knowledgeable about everything and one of the most pleasant when walking in or leaving. more

New look 12/7/2011

I took both of my kids to get their haircut. My son is 2 and can be difficult, to say the least. But everyone was so nice and helped to calm him so Jesse could cut his hair. My daughter got a completely new look and everyone made her feel like she was the most beautiful girl in the world. I definitely recommend all the stylists, especially Jesse. more
