The technician did not clearly communicate the importance or urgency of potential repair work. We did not receive any clear professional recommendations to keep our furnace workin...

The crew arrived early in the morning. We left the house to the crew. They worked all day, by 7 o'clock everything was installed. Very efficient! more

The only improvement would have been in the installation of the heat exchanger. Currently the Freon lines and 220 pwr wires, for the heat exchanger are exiting thru the holes cut in the screen of the foundations air vent. Granted the cut in the screen was sealed with spray foam but I would have preferred to have drill the holes through the stucco for a cleaner look job. All aspect of the quoted job were done and done right. From the removal of old ducts, installing new ducts, new catch pan, new drywall, new breakers, new heater/air condition/ location of heat exchanger, inspections and permits . John was a great sales representative. Very professional and courteous. He was there when the installation began, and gave a follow up call a few days later to inquire about our satisfaction. We had an estimate for less than half the cost of our new system from Econo Air, but there was no comparison because of the thorough sales job by John, who educated us on AC/heat 101. We got an all new redesigned system installed just as professionally as John explained. Thanks for a great job! more

The installation of a new furnace and central air with all new ducting is a huge job. Econo Air was fast and efficient. Although there were a few standard hiccups along the way, I would easily recommend them to others. more

Lance was excellent at all levels of customer service. We have been a customer for 12 years. 11/13/2012

On one of the hottest days of the year, our air conditioning shut off. Fortunately, Lance responded quickly and evaluated our system's needs. We were able to find out what the cause of the problem and we had our air conditioning up and running. Thank you Lance and Econo Air. Our system needs replacement, and we will call Econo Air to install and service our new system. more
