We are repeat customers. Econo Air installed our existing A/C system and had provided annual maintenance.
Wayne, the tech who answered our service request on Oct. 1, 2012 was accompanied by Chris who was involved in diagnosing problems with the existing unit and convinced us that a new unit was preferable to repairing the existing unit. In presenting contract,Chris informed us that it included resealing of all ducts. According to the installation team, only the entry point of the new unit into the duct system was included. We believe this "miscommunication" damaged our expectations for the final result of the new system.
We were also told by one of them (either Chris or Wayne) that they would be present at the time of installation. Neither was present.
We believe that these two communications, whether deliberate or inaccurate, caused us to have negative impressions of our relationship with Econo Air, despite our satisfaction with the work of the installation team on October 12, 2012.
