We had an emergency. A tree came down, knocked out our electrical service and fried the unit. They came immediately, fixed the problem and offered us several options for payment. more

For starters, you called me to remind me it was time for a tune up - that was so great. Had a great experience with the technician, very clean, presentable and extremely knowledgeable on the A/C units. No games, no fake "up sells" just honest work at a fair price. more

Econo Air is very professional, from the person who answers the phone, the diagnostician and the repair service man. A time window is given for the appointment and a phone call is received when the service man is on his way. They arive in a nice uniform, have pleasant personalities and are very polite. My only concern is that we have not been very successful and figure out how to fully use the thermostats. Too many chefs in the kitchen, etc. They are very complicated. more
