Very excellent. 12/18/2013

I've had an unbelievably positive experience with Econo Air. I was not confident in the first company I contacted to repair my heater. Their "repair" didn't fix the problem. My friend recommended Econo Air, who he has used for years. Wayne came out the same day and diagnosed the real problem. Long story short, my heater was replaced 2 days later. I was very impressed with their care in protecting my flooring and cleanup. Everyone I came in contact with were courteous, professional and truly delightful! more

My new system that they installed was not working 12/11/2013

I purchased a system from Econo Air 1 year ago. There was no air blowing into 3 bedrooms. Econo Air tried to charge me an extra $6,000 to get my 1 year old system to work properly. I called another company and they did the job for 50% of the price that Econoair was going to charge. more

Dylan was on time, professional and did an excellent job. He communicated clearly and was a pleasure to work with. My only disappointment was finding Econo Air stickers on all the equipment. I would have liked to have been asked before they were applied. more

Technician (Paul) came to evaluate heating unit 11/20/2013

His work was satisfactory, however when he explained his recom-mendations and if I had a question regarding his assessment, he would go on and on to tell me that he didn't install the system, etc. He continued making excuses or stating that this was what he is supposed to do, but that he didn't install or service the equipment prior to this visit. In other words, I felt that he was trying to insist that I make purchases that I didn't feel comfortable with. more
