I had a jeep that I brought to Eastside Auto Care multiple times. They were really good about following up and trying to resolve the issue I had with my car. They did great work, and kept working until it was resolved. It took a while to figure out what the problem was, so they gave a really god deal on the repair price. They have your best interests in mind, and don't replace anything that isn't necessary. more

This was the first time I worked with Eastside Auto Care. They worked on my Mitsubishi, and did a pretty good job. They were able to explain what they were doing, and overall I had an excellent experience with them. I would recommend them. more

We've found Eastside Auto Care to be very honest, upfront, friendly, and knowledgeable. They did very well in keeping our old car going as long as it could given its age. Once it was time for that car to go, they were super helpful in giving us recommendations for what car to buy. The owner spent 20 or 30 minutes talking to us about it. They did a diagnostic on the car we choose before we bought it, at a very reasonable price. They are excellent, and we are truly impressed! more

I have been to Eastside Auto Care probably 20 times. We have 5 cars, and several of them are older models with lots of miles. Eastside Auto Care made them so they don't leak oil, and they did all the repairs that were needed. We have confidence the cars will run many more miles. They are always honest and straightforward with what needs to be done to the cars. I always feel like we can trust them, that's why we keep coming back. I have been a customer of Eastside Auto Care a couple years. They typically do general auto care and give me advice on my vehicle. They do work on my small SUV and economy cars. They're affordable and efficient. I would recommend them. more

Eastside Auto Care has been really great, and I have no complaints. I've been using them for about two years now. They've changed all of the fluids in my truck and did a new clutch. The people there were friendly and punctual. I'd highly recommend them! more

Eastside Auto Care talk to me very well about what needs to be done. They're thorough with their inspections and making sure they mitigate the problem. In other words, they look for anything that might cause the problem in the future to stop it from doing it again. Their prices are always reasonable and guaranty their work. more

I went to Eastside Auto Care when I had a problem with my breaks and I really liked them. The guy there was so friendly and I love being able to communicate with people and he definitely was someone you could talk to and have your questions answered. My breaks are great--I had a small problem with a part but when I went back he fixed it immediately--and, even though I didn't need new rotors, he put new ones on, all at a price that was cheaper than anybody else in town. They know what they are doing over there and I am so happy that I found them! more

I met with Eastside Auto Care 3 or 4 times in the past few weeks. The first time was when I was thinking about buying a used car. Their prices are not too high, and they're not too low either, they make sense. The second time was when I had been driving the car for about a week and it was making a weird sound on the right side of the car. I brought it to get it checked out, and they fixed it the next day. The price for that was also reasonable. But the day after that, the same problem came back, which bothered me. I brought it back in, and they said it was a very rare problem statistically. Normally, it should be after 100 miles that they would need to do the procedure to adjust it, but my car needed it sooner, so they helped me do it again, no charge. The owner explained what happened and tried to help me. He attitude is very good, and he's very helpful. He gave professional opinions about my car because I really know nothing about cars, so he explained to me how I was spending my money and where it was going to on my car. That was really helpful and comforts me, because I really worry about my car. They promised me my car would not be need to be maintained for another 3 or 4 months, which is what I expect. more

Took a car to Dave that I was considering buying; he got it in right away, and quickly told me that the car had multiple problems, not evident to an untrained eye. So glad he was thorough and honest; saved me a lot of angst and money more

I went in for an over all inspection because I wasn't sure what was up with my car. When I got there they had my paperwork already laying out and the man at the front desk, Dave, was extremely polite and pleasant. Within an hour or two of dropping off my car they had already done the full examine and called to tell me the price. The prices weren't bad at all (got my transmission fluid flushed, a tail light replaced, my rear brakes realigned and cleaned, and a full inspection of my car for a little less then 300$) plus the offer Prime card discount, awesome! Anyways, Dave called and told me they'd have my car done at 1:30. Seeing that I worked at 1:30 in sammamish I asked if there was any way it could be done by 1:00 and without any kind of annoyance he asked his mechanic and said of course they could. Over all an awesome experience for a younger woman who doesn't know much about cars and needs a mechanic to trust. I'll be back for sure. more

Eastside Auto Care has worked on a couple of my cars. They've fixed oil leaks, done oil changes, and lots of little fixes over the years. The guy at the front desk is pretty friendly, and I usually just drop my vehicle with him and he takes care of everything. I feel like their prices have been slowly increasing, which I don't like that much. But, they're a good shop, and I've already recommended their services. more

I have been a customer of Eastside Auto Care for several years. Dave Matchett has been really helpful since the get go. It's not within my current budget to make all the maintenance needs to my vehicle, but Dave has been really good at explaining the most necessary things to be fixed. Eastside Auto Care has honest people and provides great service. I feel as a female, I have encountered disrespectful situations when dealing with car or mechanical services in which I was treated like I didn't know was going on. Eastside Auto Care is far from that, and the people there treat me like any other customer. They are always really honest when servicing my vehicle, and letting me know what they can do for me. I was also able to find a better deal online for one of the parts I needed installed. They went ahead and used that piece and just charged me for the labor. They have replaced O2 censors, washer fluid, oil changes, and even gave me great recommendations for places I can get an alignment. I have never had a problem with their services. more

Eastside Auto Care have very reasonable rates. I work at Microsoft and they give Microsoft employees a 10% discount. A lot of the employees recommend them, especially for people new to the area. A lot of my fellow employees feel they're very trustworthy. Dave the owner bends over backwards to make me happy. I've been using them for 2 1/2 years. He has personally helped me out with emergency repairs. I've stopped by with something wrong and he'll get under my car, look at it, fix it, and charge me just for 5 minutes of labor. They're very honest and trustworthy and they never try to upsell me. They allow me to source my own parts if I want which is better than other shops and saves me money. I'm rebuilding my '99 4 Runner which I also use for off-roading and am trying to get it back to better than stock condition and they are key components of that plan. I feel like everything is a team effort. more

I have taken three of my vehicles to Eastside Auto Care. Their diagnostics and workmanship are excellent. I know that I can have confidence in their findings. I have never had any issues with the repairs that they have done. I do think that they could probably be more proactive and organized. They are very busy so I think time is the issue. I will continue to use them. more
