Review content:
Eastside Auto Care have very reasonable rates. I work at Microsoft and they give Microsoft employees a 10% discount. A lot of the employees recommend them, especially for people new to the area. A lot of my fellow employees feel they're very trustworthy.
Dave the owner bends over backwards to make me happy. I've been using them for 2 1/2 years. He has personally helped me out with emergency repairs. I've stopped by with something wrong and he'll get under my car, look at it, fix it, and charge me just for 5 minutes of labor. They're very honest and trustworthy and they never try to upsell me. They allow me to source my own parts if I want which is better than other shops and saves me money. I'm rebuilding my '99 4 Runner which I also use for off-roading and am trying to get it back to better than stock condition and they are key components of that plan. I feel like everything is a team effort.
