Friendly service 3/26/2013

My car wasn't starting, at all, and I took it down to Eastside Auto Care. Within two days, they had my car running again and it was a lot less expensive than I figured it would be. The last time my car wouldn't start, I took it to a different mechanic who had it for 12 days. So, it was nice getting my car back earlier to be able to drive to work. more

Outstanding... 1/10/2013

These guys rock! I don't know how else to put it. Twice now I have had some pretty serious issues with my car and these guys have resolved the issues with the greatest of professionalism, perseverance and compassion. They will get my business anytime I have an issue and I would recommend them to anyone. more

They were just really friendly. Eastside Auto Care tried to get us in and out as quickly as they could. They also ordered a part from a vendor in another state to save us $200. They said if we could wait a little longer to have the part shipped from Oregon, we would save money on a new radiator. It works great, and Dave gives a 1-year warranty on the product. more

The guys are super honest, and we can take in our vehicle and know it will be diagnosed and fixed quickly. The pricing is incredibly fair and nothing is made complicated. I came in without an appointment and they still took a look at my car and they told me when it would be done-its like clockwork with them. more

I thought everything with Eastside Auto Care was really good overall. The guy seemed like he knew what he was talking about. I went to them for a second opinion after they were recommended to me. The price was good. I liked how they had the Prime Card which helped me get 10 off. I would definitely use them again in the future. more

I have already recommended Eastside Auto Care to many people. They are great over there. I am a big fan of Dave. I have a specialized car that often has problems. He is very willing to help find parts and it is easy to schedule appointments. They even accept drop ins sometimes. more

I called over 4 places to try to get a quote from my car, all to no avail. I kept calling places until i called Dave at Eastside Auto Care who asked questions, was polite, and knew what he was talking about. I got my car fixed fast and at a small fraction of what everyone else wanted to charge me. It is safe to say they have a customer for life! more

Very professional, efficient, well-priced work 4/6/2012

I was recommended to Eastside Auto Care by a mailing list and used them in one visit for a variety of repairs. They replaced my brakes, battery, looked at internal issues on our vehicle and tweaked some other things. They are an extremely friendly company that is very efficient. They did all of the work in one day, and didn't charge me for much of the work. The parts they did charge me for were very professionally fixed and very reasonably priced. I am happy to go back if I need a checkup or repair. more

I came in to Eastside Auto Care with a van that hadn't passed emissions. I had been to other shops where they would just do the emissions minimums, and I didn't want to deal with that again. They wouldn't fix the problem, they'd just put a band-aid on it where you have to go back every two years and do the same thing again. I told Dave that I have some issues I want fixed, not patched, so I don't have to keep coming in every couple years. He was right on it. Dave was really friendly and really locked in right away as far as where I was coming from. Dave got me back on the road as soon as possible. He said all the right things and did all the right things. The part he replaced was basically installed and ready to go overnight. I went down and followed up with emissions, and when they told me things still hadn't quite met up, Dave took care of everything else that needed to be done free of charge. He was really just a pleasant guy to work with. more

Honest and reasonably priced. 3/30/2012

Dave from Eastside Auto Care was a word-of-mouth referral. Dave is great, he just took us right in the next day. He diagnosed the issue quickly and was able to fix the problem at a reasonable cost. It's a very comfortable shop, the people are knowledgeable and professional. I felt like Dave was very honest in diagnosing the issue and was able to repair it quickly and at a reasonable price compared to any other would charge. Everything worked out great. more
