If I could rate this 0 starts, I would! Maurice is not easy to work with, is very unprofessional, & he will bill you the next day. I placed an order to ship my jersey to get new letters on it. The jersey never left my possession before I received a charge on my card. I decided to cancel my order because the price he charged me was higher than what he originally told me. He was fighting with me and would not honor my request to cancel service, saying he already cut the letters (which is impossible because I never even sent my jersey down). He insisted that he just send the letters in the mail to me and give me a partial refund. I still insisted that he cancel my order and refund my money. I ended up having to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. A couple months after the dispute was supposedly settled, he charged my credit card again for no reason! I had to file another dispute for that charge and cancel my credit card account to get issues a new number. They are definitely theives!! more

i rate this poor business with a zero star if possible. they took my money for custom numbers for a jersey, but they did NOT send the numbers. its been a week since they were supposed to send the numbers, and they still havent responded to any emails, they havent sent a tracking number and they will not return phone calls. more

Quick to bill - Maurice is unprofessional. I placed the order on the 8th. They billed me on the 8th. I shipped them a Jersey July 9th. They received July 10th. I was given invalid / incomplete pricing information. But at that time gave them the benefit of the doubt. Now it is August 11th, and they have shipped nothing. I have been told 3 different times that the jersey has shipped. I fortunately used my AMEX to pay for it, so have stopped that payment and have AMEX looking into them. But I am out a Jersey that my daughter gave to me as a gift. I have also contacted the Raleigh Better Business Bureau as well. more

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I ordered a custom Jersey in early December 2009. It is now the end of May and I have still not received it. I live in Canada and they claimed that customs had it for 3 months then returned it, fine I'll give Eastern Lettering that but then I offered to have a large freight forwarding company come and pick it up at my expense, they agreed and said it was sent. It was never sent and now I am only getting voice mail. They are screening calls and if they do pick up my call they put me on hold and then it eventually disconnects. What was suppose to be a very special Christmas present has now turned in to an extremely frustrating event. Cons: See review below more
