On August 31, I called this company, and later that day placed a Minnesota Twins jersey in the mail to be customized. I was billed for the work three days later.
When October rolled around, I tried e-mailing several times, but got no response. I finally tried calling, and was told that the jersey would go out the following Monday.
Guess what? It's November. No jersey, no reply to e-mails, and the voice mail at that phone number is full--can't even leave a message.
I finally got in touch with my credit card company and disputed the charge, but I'm still out the jersey that I mailed.
Not only that, when I tried posting a negative review of this to their Merchants Circle page, it was deleted.
What a class company. I'd give them zero stars if I could. I hope these losers rot in hell.
