Best treatments in L.A. 12/26/2006

I went to Dr. Rivkin to have the non-surgical nose procedure and was surprised that there really was no down time! He and his staff were great at answering all of my questions both before and after. I have since had my lips and eyes done by Dr. Rivkin and cannot say enough good things about my experience. I highly recommend his office to anyone looking for non-surgical solutions to common problems. Pros: Great Doctor, staff and procedures with a good value. more

Best treatments in L.A. 12/26/2006

I went to Dr. Rivkin to have the non-surgical nose procedure and was surprised that there really was no down time! He and his staff were great at answering all of my questions both before and after. I have since had my lips and eyes done by Dr. Rivkin and cannot say enough good things about my experience. I highly recommend his office to anyone looking for non-surgical solutions to common problems. Pros: Great Doctor, staff and procedures with a good value. more

I went to this place and really liked the fact that the Dr. saw me for a free consultation, and talked to me indepth about the types of procedures that I wanted to have done. I decided to have the procedure done the same day so I didn't have to reschedule. The Dr. is very good at what he does.... I also think he's the best Dr. for injections. He did my botox and restylane in my lips and I LOVE it! He gave me exactly what I wanted... I was extremely happy. more

This the place to go 9/28/2006

Getting in to see Dr. Rivkin was easy. His consultation was free and I got an appointment the same week that I called. Dr. Rivkin is a friendly guy who really knows his specialty. His skill level is impressive and the results of his work is somewhere between very very good to amazing. He uses Radiesse to fill the deep creases, and then follows up with Restalyn which can add a smoothing out touch to the upper layers of the skin. When he uses Botox, he seems to have a knack for using just enough to relax the lines and still keep you looking natural. No one seems to be able to tell that I have had work done, but lately, some of my friends have mentioned that I really looked good. This is the place to go if you want top quality work at very reasonable prices. His staff has always been accommodating and set appointments that fit my schedule. more

Best Injections in Town! Affordable and Great Customer Service. 7/30/2006

I've been going to Dr. Rivkin for over a year now. I've gotten Restalyne and Botox and I've been very pleased with my results! I called this a.m. and their office staff was able to fit me in same day! Their prices are affordable and Westside Medical Spa is always on the cutting edge of the latest treatments and services. I would highly recommend this place and I thank Dr. Rivkin and his staff for taking such good care of me time and time again. Pros: Was able to be seen same day Cons: N/A more

When I began my laser hair removal procedures I was told that it would take between six and eight treatments. When my hair continued to grow back after my ninth appointment I confronted them and was told that everyone is 'different' and that nothing was guaranteed. Cons: All more

When my hair continued to grow back after my ninth appointment I confronted them and was told that everyone is 'different' and that nothing was guaranteed. The girl I spoke to at the front desk was very rude and responded to my concerns with a complete lack of empathy. I am not a hairy person, and from what I was told it seemed that even the hairy people should be nice and smooth by treatment number eight. Ive been over 12 times now and the hair is still growing back. I will not be returning. Also, I have three friends that have had similar results or lack there of. Pros: None Cons: All more

From the first phone call I was delightfully supprised at the kindness and knowledge from the staff. I was more than informed and cared for beyond my greatest expectations. I have been to several med spa's in los angeles and Dr. Rivkin has made a safe and comfortable envirnment for people like me to feel at ease and confident in the treatments being provided. I did not feel rushed and all of my questions were explained in detail. I would recommend not only my close personal friends and family but anyone that is looking for a place that will go out of their way to ensure you have the best experience. more

Dr. Rivkin basically took less than two minutes to look at my face and suggested that I have one of the most expensive procedures the spa offers. His office was very busy, cramped and I waited almost 30 minutes to see him. I felt like I was on an assembly line and I didn't feel like the doctor gave me individual advice. Pros: Clean office Cons: Long wait, Cramped office, No personal touch more

Wonderful, intimate place 1/27/2005

I really love the intimacy of the place. The staff knows me and I love getting my treatments with Maria (my esthetician) and Natalie (my nurse). They have really done great things for my skin! Pros: good prices, intimate, nice staff more
