Best botox artist... 7/18/2007

I've been seeing Dr. Rivikin for botox injections for a couple years now and he is simply superb...an artist with the stuff really. I tried a couple of the Bev Hills docs before him, and was twice the victim of ""frozen-forehead- with Jack-Nicholson-eyebrows"" syndrome so I thought my only choices were between looking weird (with botox) and looking haggard (without botox). But, Dr. Rivkin is such a pro, he somehow manages to eradicate my wrinkles without rendering me expressionless...amen. more

Best botox artist... 7/18/2007

I've been seeing Dr. Rivikin for botox injections for a couple years now and he is simply superb...an artist with the stuff really. I tried a couple of the Bev Hills docs before him, and was twice the victim of "frozen-forehead- with Jack-Nicholson-eyebrows" syndrome so I thought my only choices were between looking weird (with botox) and looking haggard (without botox). But, Dr. Rivkin is such a pro, he somehow manages to eradicate my wrinkles without rendering me expressionless...amen. (Not to be discounted, I've also seen Nurse Natalie once when the staff squeezed me in on short notice and I found her to be quite gifted with the needle as well.) The Westwood office is classy, the staff always goes out of their way to be friendly & accommodating (the last time I was there, a patient mistakenly showed up a week early for her scheduled appt. and they shuffled her in so that she wouldn't have to come back) and I always leave feeling great. Do yourself a favor and check out Westside Med Spa. more

Best Medical Spa 5/3/2007

Dr Rivkin and his staff give you the attention and considertation you deserve. His facialist Melia has completely changed the texture of my skin in just two treatments while Nurse Natalie Bland has cured my rosacea with the most gentle IPL treament. Dr Rivkin's office staff can also help you with selecting the best products to use at home (I use the IS-Clinical cleanser and Active Serum, which they exclusively sell). Don't forget to ask the Doctor about Botox and the latest in cosmetic fillers. he is truly an artist and i have never looked or felt better! Pros: Plenty of off street parking, refreshments, and the nicest staff in town more

Dr Rivkin and his staff give you the attention and considertation you deserve. Medical Spa - Preventive Maintenance 5/2/2007

I would like to say that I was very pleased with my Fraxel treatment. The results were amazing, even after just one treatment. I did a lot of research to decide who I could trust with this type of laser treatment. I had done the IPL in the past, and was ready for a treatment that could offer more noticeable results. After a thorough evaluation of which doctor I could trust, I decided to go to the Westside Medical Spa with Dr. Rivkin. They have competitive prices, and the entire staff was amazing. I felt so comfortable, because they made me feel right at home. The front desk staff was very nice and welcoming. Natalie, the Nurse, made sure that I knew every move she was going to make during the procedure, and I noticed that the doctor was hands on with all of his patients! Keep up the good work! I will definitely be back for more treatments! Pros: Free Parking, Nice restaunts in the area, Great service, Late hours, Amazing results!!! Cons: The experience was so great, that may become addicted! more

Everyone at Westside Medical Spa has been so nice and made my experience a very enjoyable one . I was impressed with the facility and the staff and Dr Rivkin, Dr Rivkin , has changed my life . its hard to put into words but he has, its sort of strange and im sure you have heard this from other patients but going through life with nose that wasn't very pleasing is awful. being made fun of ( called flat nose etccc) its hard on someone's self esteem, The Dr has changed all that for me. he took so much time , and I truly believe he does care for his patients, wanting them to like the final results as much as he does, and always wants my opinions on everything he does . Thanks again! more

IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE TREATED LIKE A VIP THEN I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. THEIR STAFF WAS SO PROFESSIONAL & CARING - I REALLY FELT SPECIAL! THE ESTHETICIAN REALLY KNEW HER STUFF - I HAD A GREAT FACIAL AND SHE TOOK LOTS OF TIME TO ANSWER MY QUESTIONS AND THE PRODUCTS THAT SHE RECOMMENDED HAVE REALLY MADE A DIFFERENCE WITH MY SKIN. EVEN DR. RIVKIN TOOK TIME OUT OF HIS SCHEDULE TO MEET WITH ME EVEN THOUGH I DID NOT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT. I DIDN'T HAVE TO PAY FOR A CONSULTATION OR ANYTHING. THIS PLACE IS GREAT. A friend referred me to Dr. Rivkin and West Side Medical Spa and I had a terrific experience. The staff was very pleasant and Dr. Rivkin very patient and down to earth. I had initially gone in for botox, but immediately felt comfortable enough with Dr. Rivkin to share my secret displeasure with the downward tip of my nose. Within minutes the imperfection was corrected! His expertise resulted in subtle enhancements, so I still look like me, only less tired and years younger. I have since recommended Dr. Rivkin to many of my friends who have all shared the same positive experience. Pros: Patient and down to earth, no pressure, experienced more

Best Medi-spa in L.A. 12/26/2006

My experience at Westside Medical Spa was great! The staff were incredibly helpful, and friendly. The facility is beautiful, and in a great location. I felt extremely comfortable with the doctor he answered all my questions, and took his time which to me is very important. I had my lips injected to make them fuller, and am so happy with the way they came out! I have gotten so many compliments, and many of my friends are now going to him for other services his office offers. Pros: great location more
