So far, so good! I had used Donald P. Dick Air Conditioning awhile back when my water heater went out. I called them in to fix it and they did such a good job on it, that I called them when the AC conditioner broke. I was very satisfied with the job they did. The units are expensive, but I think you definitely get what you pay for and I'm really satisfied. I've already recommended them to others. M. Hill more

Very prompt and professional. 8/26/2011

My brother's air conditioner broke down, then mine did, and he told me that he called Mr. Cool and they came right out, so I called them as well. When I called Mr. Cool, they came the next day and installed a new air conditioner. They were very professional, and I haven't had any problems at all. I would definitely call them again. J. They did everything they said they were going to do. 8/24/2011

I had some pretty good bids, but the other companies were a little bit flaky. Somebody recommended Donald P. Dick, and I had remembered meeting one of the owner's sons a few years ago and I knew they had been in business a lot of years, so I figured they would be pretty stable. They came in, and they were good! They did a full walkthrough and brought in one of their senior guys to do the evaluation, so they knew what they were doing right off the bat. My wife and I actually had to leave for a wee while they worked on it, and when we came back they were done, and we were completely satisfied. more

An all around good job. 7/20/2011

I found Mr. Cool through an internet search. They installed a new central heating and air unit on my roof. I shopped around at first, and they had the lowest bid of anyone I called, so I hired them. They arrived promptly at the time we had agreed upon, and did a great job. I found the service Mr. Cool provides to be very customer focused. At one point, they had trouble with a part and had a replacement brought out without delay. They are very honest, too. At the end of the job the handed me a bill for a higher price than I was quoted originally. When I showed them the quote, which was apparently the last year's price, they honored it. This impressed me, and I would have no trouble recommending them. more

The salesman with Mr. Cool was excellent, really top notch. He answered all of my questions, and above all, delivered what he promised. In fact, the entire experience went exactly as they said it would. They stuck to their timeline for completion, showed up on time, and did a good job. Mr. Cool installed a new air conditioner for me. The workers were both really good, and worked very hard. They took the old unit out, installed the new one, and tested it to make sure everything was in order. When they finished, they didn't leave behind a mess. Everything was done properly, and I am happy. more

Professional. Did a good job. 6/22/2011

I recently used Mr. Cool Air Conditioning for the first time. They were referred by my roofer. They did the ducting for an evaporative cooler and air conditioning unit. They did a good job, and kept us informed as to what they were doing along the way, and when they would do it. They were also very good at cleaning up after the work was completed. I thought they conducted themselves very professionally. I would use them again. I suggest that in the very least, you call them for an estimate. more

Mr. Cool Air Conditioning of Fresno is very professional! 6/1/2011

It was time to put in a whole new unit. Mr. Cool Air Conditioning of Fresno sent out an estimator, Doug, and he shocked us by showing up with plans of our house. I guess they've worked in other models in our neighborhoods. But we went over a few things and worked out a deal A few days, later, they were here to install it. They really provided great service. I haven't tried it out yet, it's not hot out yet, but they did turn it on to test it. They were here on time, did a spotless job and cleaned up after themselves which made my wife happy! Great experience! more

Donald P. Dick Air Conditioning is a very good company. I was very happy with what they did, and I absolutely would recommend them. They had a good crew that worked well together, and they were very methodical about how they did it. They went in, did the job as quick as they could, and cleaned up well afterwards. Overall, it was a very good experience. more

My neighbor recommended to check with this company and I am glad I did, because it is always better to get those who installed AC when the house was built. They found what's wrong right away. more
