I had some pretty good bids, but the other companies were a little bit flaky. Somebody recommended Donald P. Dick, and I had remembered meeting one of the owner's sons a few years ago and I knew they had been in business a lot of years, so I figured they would be pretty stable. They came in, and they were good! They did a full walkthrough and brought in one of their senior guys to do the evaluation, so they knew what they were doing right off the bat. My wife and I actually had to leave for a wee while they worked on it, and when we came back they were done, and we were completely satisfied.
