The girl I spoke to on the phone who scheduled the appointment was very rude! She was $@!#% that we kept asking questions. Answering questions of costumers is part of the service ...

Mr. Cool Air Conditioning is very thorough. I originally had them come out to look at the heater, but they climbed up on the roof and discovered that our air conditioning was about to conk out too! That's how we got started with the air conditioner replacement. Whenever I call, they come out the same day. They are very prompt and I am very happy with everything about them, work and all. more

Donald P. Dick Air Conditioning replaced an existing Heating-Air Conditioning unit in my home. They tested it and it works fine. I received five different quotes on the same day for the same job. I went with them because of their sterling reputation. They have been around for a very long time and they have a great reputation. They were not the cheapest but they were not the most expensive either. They had a great service contact though. Rick was my single point of contact throughout the entire process. He is one of the nicest people I've ever met. Nathan was one of the two gentlemen that came out and he was very nice and very professional. He and the other gentleman did very nice work. They worked around my schedule. When they were done they even swept my roof. It was a positive experience. They really live up to their reputation. more

Had total respect for our home! 4/20/2012

The people at Mr. Cool Air Conditioning of Fresno were extremely professional! The gentlemen that were the installers had total respect for our home. When they were doing things, everything was very clean! They put in two new heaters. We had an electrical failure and we had the fire department. They had to test everything to make sure it was brought up to current code. It was very very fine! more

They appear to do a good job but, but they never made any attempt to show me what happened or demonstrate at the end that it worked. 4/17/2012

When I worked with Mr. Cool Air Conditioning, the guy who was running the job was present and there was helper was in the house. For some reason, he stopped working but left a hole open in the ground. Without knowing, I stepped in and hurt myself. It wouldn't have taken him 2 minutes to fix it or cover it. It was not very good work practice. I had to have contractors come and put a a board on it. more

Replaced old unit 4/16/2012

MR Cool installed a high efficiency air conditioner and fixed some major problems with my duct design done by another company. House is great now, every room is comfortable! more

We're experiencing a storm and it's 40 degrees outside but nice and toasty in here. 4/11/2012

I went with Donald P. Dick Air Conditioning because they are a local company, they have a long history, and a good price point. They installed a new combination air condition and heater. Something that surprised me is that when they came they pulled out a piece of paper that showed that when the house was originally built they were also the once that installed the air conditioner and the heater. more

Donald P. Dick Air Conditioning was very good. They put in a whole new heater and AC unit for us. I thought they were confident and knew what they were doing. They were quick, efficient, and pleasant. They gave us a time frame and stuck to it. The tech told me even if I had problems with the new unit 6 months down the road, they would come back to fix it. I really appreciated that. more

Excellent service I would recommend. 3/23/2012

We had another company install an AC unit and duct work, and they did a very poor job. Donald P. Dick Air Conditioning came in and redid all the mistakes, and made the system work a lot better. They moved our AC unit to make the system more efficient. They also installed solar panels for us. They were friendly and easy to work with. more

Donald P. Dick Air Conditioning were very, very competitive in pricing. For the same type of unit, they were able to do it at a much lower price. The gentlemen who came out were professional, knew what they needed to do and communicated with the county to get all the right permits. This was my first time using them, and I will definitely use them again! more

Better deal than the others!! 12/13/2011

Everything went so well and smoothly. It was easy and the worker from Mr. Cool Air Conditioning of Fresno explained everything that was going to happen. It was very fast! Definitely call them and check them out! However, I'm sure that this is a better deal. We just used them for the first time three weeks ago and we had chosen Mr. Cool Air Conditioning because they had a better deal than the others! more

Donald P. Dick Air Conditioning has been my regular maintenance people for my AC and heater for quite a few years. They come out and clean and change my filters and just make sure everything is working right. I know who they are and they do a good job. more

I just talked to the one person from Donald P. Dick Air Conditioning. I forgot who it was I talked to, but he was really nice. After I talked to him they came out and gave me an estimate, we went over what the price would be, and then I had the work done. They fixed the ductwork, which was curling, and there is a big difference now that it is all repaired. The work was done on a rental house that I own. My daughter lives in it, and she thought the work was really good because she could really feel the difference, so I am happy with them. more

Friendly, professional, and does great work. 9/20/2011

I was contacted by John from Donald P. Dick Air Conditioning, though I can't remember how exactly I first heard about them. I know I went online at some point, and that I also called my next door neighbor who had their AC done by them too. I have a good friend who did AC for a certain company, but now he works for a hospital and doesn't do AC anymore. He saw the work they did for my neighbor and said it looked great. That was when I asked my neighbor who did it, and he said Donald P. Dick Air Conditioning. So, as I was saying, I called John, and I remember him very well. He was very friendly and very professional. He came in, sat down, and consulted with me real quick, asking what I wanted. I told him what I want, then I called him the next day and told him to get started, so it was actually a pretty easy process. more
