The girl I spoke to on the phone who scheduled the appointment was very rude! She was $@!#% that we kept asking questions. Answering questions of costumers is part of the service so she should be happy to be of help. She needs to understand what " customer service" is all about because she is giving the company a bad image. On the other hand the guys who came and actually fixed my A/C were great! The people who actually did hard work under extreme condition ( very hot d/t my A/C being broken ) were very professional! Unlike the one sitting in the office. Grrrr!!!
