The salesman with Mr. Cool was excellent, really top notch. He answered all of my questions, and above all, delivered what he promised. In fact, the entire experience went exactly as they said it would. They stuck to their timeline for completion, showed up on time, and did a good job.
Mr. Cool installed a new air conditioner for me. The workers were both really good, and worked very hard. They took the old unit out, installed the new one, and tested it to make sure everything was in order. When they finished, they didn't leave behind a mess. Everything was done properly, and I am happy.
