Donald P. Dick Air Conditioning replaced an existing Heating-Air Conditioning unit in my home. They tested it and it works fine.
I received five different quotes on the same day for the same job. I went with them because of their sterling reputation. They have been around for a very long time and they have a great reputation. They were not the cheapest but they were not the most expensive either. They had a great service contact though.
Rick was my single point of contact throughout the entire process. He is one of the nicest people I've ever met. Nathan was one of the two gentlemen that came out and he was very nice and very professional. He and the other gentleman did very nice work. They worked around my schedule. When they were done they even swept my roof.
It was a positive experience. They really live up to their reputation.
