I went with Donald P. Dick Air Conditioning because they are a local company, they have a long history, and a good price point. They installed a new combination air condition and heater.
Something that surprised me is that when they came they pulled out a piece of paper that showed that when the house was originally built they were also the once that installed the air conditioner and the heater.
