I am writing you to express my appreciation for all that you have done for me within the past week and a half. Let me lay out the background.
I met Mr. Bill Iobst several years ago when our church (Tidewater Central Nazarene) needed a new heating and air system. Immediately, I stated to him that if I ever needed a system, I would call on him. Well, two weeks ago, I made a decision to replace two of my three Heating/AC units simply because of age. Bill came out the next day and spent at least an hour and a half going over my present system and sizing for a new system. I was impressed by his friendliness and his knowledge. At the same time, I was seeking a bid from another local company with a good reputation; however, I was not impressed with their sales person who came out and simply wrote down numbers of my existing equipment. Even though this company’s bid was less than yours, I made the decision based upon Bill’s knowledge and “can do” spirit.
Now to the workers: Fred and Chico were the most efficient and hardest workers I could ever expect. Fred stayed on the job way past quitting time so we could have heat. Both workers were very conscientious and delivered labor and services far beyond what I had expected. I am very pleased with the final products.
On Saturday, 25 January, after my installation was completed, my son, Jeremy Wright, called to report that he had no heat. I told him that I knew a man who would gladly take care of him. I called Bill. Bill asked if Jeremy wanted service that day or Sunday. I told him Monday would be fine. On Monday, Tim came and found and fixed the problems to Jeremy’s system within less than two hours. He reattached the emergency heating coils, attached the thermostat to the heating unit and replaced a 60 amp circuit breaker. Then he checked the Freon in the heat pump. Tim was a great worker just like Fred and Chico.
My hat is off to these good people and for their concern for the home owner. Thank you and your company for providing such personable, knowledgeable and dedicated sales and service personnel. You have won both Jeremy and me as your newest dedicated customers.
