Heat System Check up 11/3/2012

One of the techs came to my home to check my heating systems in prep for winter weather. He was efficient and really thorough - and the price was good. Also, the tech made me aware of a heat-pump rebate program I knew nothing about and that will save me money. Really great job as usual from Dominion. Thanks for another awesome job. more

I work for the company and I can tell you first hand that since its' beginning in 1979 they have stood true and as good as their word. I'm proud to call Dominion Service Company my employer and see first hand how they treat every client with respect. The company goes to great length to make sure that its clients are fully satisfied. Above average experience 8/14/2012

When I bought a new furnace and heat pump from Dominion Service Company, the sales representative said all repairs and parts were covered 100 for 10 years as long as I maintained an annual maintenance agreement with Dominion Service Company. However, at least once I have had to pay for repairs. Otherwise, I am satisified with Dominion Service Company. more

They are there when you need them 8/14/2012

We have been dealing with DS for just about 30 years. We have always enjoyed an open line of communication and we always know what is happening before big dollars are spent. One of the most pleasing things with DS is the familiar face on the job and voice on the phone. There is comfort and respect on both sides of this fence. more

Maintainance of our old system and New HVAC install last month 7/12/2012

Our original (came with the house) unit has been service maintained by DSCR since 2003 when we brought our home. My wife and I was very pleased with the techs over the years in servicing our aging but freon leaking unit. When it came time for a replacement and upgrade this year among the AC players in our local area, DSCR sold us because of service history and knowledge, representation, and knowledge of what works for our home, and no hard sell of their products. We are very comfortable our brand new Carrier system They installed last month and noticed the savings from the AC we are running now. Especially from last weeks heatwave. Hats off to Mark Gardner and his techs at DSCR more

Once again DSCR employees did a great job! Every employee of DSCR that has ever done work at my house has done an excellent job. They are always polite, professional and very knowledgeable. I always recommend DSCR to my friends. more

I am overall satisfied with Dominion Service Company. One complaint I have is that when I first had my furnace and heat pump installed, the salesperson said if I have my system maintained by Dominion annually, that any repairs are covered, including labor and parts, for the length of my contract, or 10 years. This has not always been the case. more

Quality of Services is Excellent 1/18/2012

I have had a semi-annual visit from your very competent staff for the last several years. Each time, prior to their arrival, the technicians called to let me know they were enroute to my condominium residence. They have ALL been very professional in their demeanor, helpful with advice on how I, as unit owner, could maximize efficiency of my dual system and very courteous while in my home. more

Repaired a water heater 1/18/2012

The tech that came to my home was at first stumped with an unusual water heater problem but he remained diligent and figured out the problem. Within minutes, I had hot water again. Thanks for the good work. more

We would not go to any other company for our heating,or Air Conditioning needs.Dominion's Tech's and staff are professinal,polite,and will always go that extra mile to make you are happy,we've been with Dominion for over 15 yrs, and will continue to do so.Want it done fast,and right call them you wont be sorry !! more
