Very professional 1/11/2013

This company serviced my heat pump that was actually installed by another company. Dominion made several trips out to my house to make sure the unit was performing like it was supposed to due to me having so many issues with its lack of performance. Dominion was able to fix the problem to my satisfaction. Each employee that came to my house was vey punctual, proficient, professional and courteous. I, without reservation, can recommend this company. more

Dominion always has what they need to Service our AC/Heat 1/9/2013

The representatives from Dominion Service are always polite and knowledgeable. They do a great job and always pick up after themselves. We have a unit on the ceiling and they always come with an extra tall ladder. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a AC/Heat Service company. more

EXCELLENT RESPONSE and SERVICE 1/9/2013

You call Dominion - they respond immediately and arrive as stated. We have had 2 AC systems replaced and 1 gas furnace. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Neighbor works for electrical supply company; saw their truck in our driveway said Dominion Service Company was BEST IN TOWN. more

I first called DSCR in the late '70's or early '80's because the air conditioner was not working. At that time I called and left messages with several other service companies about the problem. No company other than DSCR has EVER called back! DSCR fixed the A/C promptly. Since then we have had several service calls and the installation of a new A/C. Our latest call to DSCR was before noon on Christmas Eve day in 2012 because the furnace had stopped running. Your technician called back within 30 minutes of my call and was at the house shortly after that. He diagnosed the problem, quoted a price for repair that day or a lower price for repair after Christmas. Since it was 58 degrees in the house already, we opted for immediate repairs. Fortunately the supplier for the necessary part was open that afternoon and by 4:30 we had heat. I appreciate that the technician gave up his Christmas Eve afternoon for the necessary repairs. These are only two examples of the good service provided by DSCR. more

Excellent experience with Dominion 12/16/2012

I have been a customer with Dominion Service Company for more than 10 years. They installed my heating and air conditioning unit in 2000 and I have had a servicing agreement with them since installation. Their service is excellent and deal with my messy garage with no complains. I recently purchased an office condo and Dominion Service installed the whole system. Very ethical in my pricing and they also service the system under a servicing agreement. In all my years, I consider them the best in the business. more

I recently hired Dominion to perform a full PMC on both HVAC systems at my home. I changed contractors becasue I lost confidence in my old vendor. Well, I am glad I switched! On their visit they found and showed me a gas leak in my attic that my old vendor never even bothered to tell me about. The gas piping was so loose, you could move it with your hand. Thanks for finding and correcting my problem Domionion! I have found a new vendor for my service needs. more
