DSCR arrived on time and diagnosed the issue quickly and fixed it. The tech was clean, polite, competent, and friendly, answered questions, etc. My only issue is what I was charged for parts. I understand that any service company needs to make money and a good profit, but..... One of the line items on the invoice was a 30+5+440 capacitor (which assists the outside unit in kicking on). I was charged $121.00 for this item, which retails for about $13.00 on line, a standard item stocked on the service truck.
