I am sooo disappointed! Just received a 4/28/2012

I am sooo disappointed! Just received a call from Dolce saying they need to cancel my husband and my 90 minute massages due to someone calling in sick. Now, I can certainly understand someone calling in sick--BUT I MADE THESE APPOINTMENTS 3 WEEKS AGO..AND THIS IS THE 3RD CALL I RECEIVED SAYING THERE WAS ONE PROBLEM OR ANOTHER with our reservations..first they had to change who was doing our massages, then they had to change the time....and then they call me just a couple of hours before our massage---these were scheduled because it is our anniversary. I asked if we could either move up our appts or come into on Sunday--she said NO we are booked up..then I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor--she said they would not be in for 2 more days---I asked her ""what do you do if there is an emergency--she said they do not want calls on their days off""..I replied is that how little they think of their regular customers!! I have to say something must be going on at Dolce...so many of my favorite stylists and massage therapists have left in the last year....maybe Dolce is treating them all poorly!!!! The lady on the phone said she would have her manager call me on Monday---somehow I bet I will have to call them. What was really disappointing is that the person that called me today didn't say anything like we value you as a customer or we will make this good for you---there was one time they would of said that...........but now I have to think the management has changed because I have had soooooooo many disappointments in the last 3 months...I have actually lost count. I really hope they will get back to the old way of appreciating their customers....it really can be an awesome place...but I have to think some managerment changes are needed. more

Love the facials 1/12/2012

I had my first facial at the Chandler location a few weeks ago and had one of the best facials I have ever had. Nikki was a pro...she took the time to actually address my concerns instead of giving a generic facial with any old products. She made great recommendations on follow up care. I cannot wait to schedule my next facial with Nikki at Dolce Chandler. more

Best place to get a facial! 12/31/2011

I have been meaning to take the time to tell you about my ""skin angel"" Diana M. in Chandler! I have been going to Diana for approx. 6 months for moderate adult onset face acne. Before I had my first acne facial with her I thought I had tried everything from topical creams to low dose antibiotics, however, still had bad breakouts. Diana took the time to truly examine my skin, and recommend a treatment regimen that truly works. She is so knowledgeable about all the products available and really understand how each one works and how they can be mixed and match to work for virtually anyone. I went from needing almost 20 minutes of extractions my first visit to only need one or two total extractions (about 1 min :-) and no more antibiotics now. I see Diana on a monthly basis and now feel as beautiful on the outside as I feel on the inside. I am in a occupation where I have to speak in front of a lot people pretty often and now I am exceptionally comfortable because I don't have to be embarrassed about my skin. Thank you Diana for you knowledge, compassion, and overall caring attitude! Dolce is lucky to have you on their staff! more

I love Dolce and I would and do recommend it to all. I love that they have great customer service. They're always giving back and helping the customers save. I love that they always have deals to make it more affordable to feel beautiful. They offer only high quality products and services. I like that when I go to get my eyebrows waxed they ask me how I want them and what i'm thinking. They're not like the cheap nail places that just take you in quick and don't say anything to you, or even ask you what you want. They just do what ever and don't even speak English. Plus, with Dolce deals you can pay the exact same price as the lower end salons. I love their deep conditioning treatments and basically everything about this place. They offer 100% satisfaction guaranteed. They're also open until 9pm most days. more

Eyebrow Wax 10/12/2011

I had an eyebrow wax done by Rhianna at the Chandler Location. Rhianna is amazing! She is an amazing artist that carefully shapes my eyebrows to match my face. Her work is of superb quality! Let me start off by saying I LOVE DOLCE!! The level of service at Dolce Salon and Spa is fantastic. Every time I go there I am impressed by the professionalism of every member I have come in contact with. I honestly cannot say enough great things about the talent, atmosphere and the service in this salon. I love the the variety and quality of services. I always leave feeling and looking beautiful! Far from Quality!!! 9/19/2011

I have used several of the services at Dolcee. I can not tell you how many times I have had a bad experience. I am not sure why I go back but never again!!! The Hunie deals and the Groupons bring you in the door but truly you get what you pay for!!! \r \r My recent experience was getting my hair done. The stylist was rude, short with me and my hair turned out far from what I wanted due to the lack of a proper consultation. I ended up having to go spend $150 at another salon to fix my hair. So in the end I spent double the time and double the money I would have if I went to a quality salon.\r more

Chandler's Best Salon & Spa 9/3/2011

I had my first Shellac manicure with Abby at Dolce Salon & Spa in Chandler on August 24th. I really enjoyed the experience and am very pleased with the manicure. I have had Shellacs done elsewhere & this was the best one that I have had. I also have my hair\r cut regularly by Dayna and am always pleased with the results. Dayna provides suggestions for my hair style that are always very welcome. She gives a great cut and is very pleasant during our appointments. more

Sweet Escape 7/20/2011

I have visited Dolce on several occasions and have to say the staff continues to make its guests feel welcome. At my last visit to Dolce, I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who offered water while I waited. By the time I was called, my stylist led me and we started talking about what I wanted to have done. In the past, I've always asked questions but couldn't quite achieve the same results after visits from other places I've been. Finally, I asked if I could be shown since I'm such a visual person. As soon as she showed me, I couldn't believe how incredibly easy it was and cannot wait to try again. I continue to look forward in future services from Dolce. For me, it's my place of escape and time for myself, even if it is just for a haircut. more

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Dolce 6/24/2011

I went to the Chandler Dolce for a facial. I usually do not getmany facials; however, I recently had a baby and my hormones were reallyaffecting my skin. I was super excited to get some relaxation time to myselfand Diana M. did not disappoint. I have had facials before, but have neverhad someone work on me who was so informative and knowledgeable. She told meeverything she was putting on me and it's benefits. She talked with mebefore the facial and asked me what I wanted and what I had noticed in myown skin that I wanted to change. I was not only enjoying the service, but Ienjoyed listening to her describe what the masks were doing for my skin. Icould tell she really wanted me to be comfortable, but still get all thebenefits from the facial. That night when I washed my face, I was shocked..seriously.. about how soft my skin felt. I thought to myself, "" I reallyneed to do this more often"". Diana recommended some products which I amgoing to pick up with my facebook hookup. Dolce never disappoints. more

Awesome! 6/9/2011

My friend and I had a great experience today. I always get so many compliments on my manicures and pedicures. The nail techs always are willing to make custom glitter combinations that are awesome. The salon also offers amazing promotions. Lisa is super sweet and does awesome hair. She always takes the time to see how my hair is doing and give me her suggestions of what would look best. My hair has never looked better. more

Great Colorist 5/12/2011

Today I had an appointment for an all-over color with Elle. I noticed at her station that Elle had recently been promoted to a Level 6 stylist, and it was easy to see why! She did a great job making me feel comfortable from the start. I wasn't sure exactly what color I wanted, just that I wanted to go darker. Elle brought out a board with different hair color samples on it so that I could choose. She also explained to me a little about the different shades and what I could expect. I decided that I wanted a darker shade of brunette that would not look red. She did a very thorough job with my hair color and came to check on me after my hair was blown dry. I will definitely plan on going to Elle again and would recommend her to anyone looking for a color change. more

I enjoyed the personalized attention I got at Dolce. The environment is relaxing but invigorating. The stylist, Kaitlyn, was friendly. She has become a friend in the 2 appointments I've scheduled with her. She's compassionate, fun, and best of all knows what looks best on me. My haircut came out a little shorter than I expected/wanted, but after I got home and received compliments I realized it's better than what I thought I wanted. I'll be back! more

I had the pleasure of receiving a one hour organic facial from Lindsey at the Arrowhead location and it was absolutely fabulous! She was so friendly and had an excellent massage technique that soothed my skin and felt amazing. I loved the products she used on me! They smelled wonderful and she provided excellent and thorough information about everything she was using on me.It was the best facial experience I've had and I will definitely book with her again and again. As if this couldn't get any better, my entire facial was only $40 (Normally $95) thanks to an amazing Facebook Dolce hookUp deal I saw on my feed. Dolce is the absolute best! Great Service 2/14/2011

I've been meaning to write this review forever - so here I am. When Ifirst starting going to Dolce, I believed that it didn't matter who I saw because everyone was fantabulous! And they still are! I have to say, Ashley C is a doll and now I only go to her for my skin care. She is the only one, it seems, that gets my brows shaped and tinted perfectly for mycomplexion. I had another esti that insisted I should have black brows(I'm a fair red head), and it was a painful couple of weeks waiting for them to fade. I saw Ashley and she restored my faith in tinted brows! \r \r In addition, last summer when my face decided to host a connect the dots marathon, Ashley worked with me on monthly Acne facials, recommending product (some worked, others didn't - great return policy by the way!). After several months, we found the right formula and now everything seems to be back to normal. Ashley takes the time to listen to my concerns,asks questions - educates me on why skins acts the way it does, offers advice... love it all! Not only is she a great Esti - she is just down right fun to be around. My appts go by so fast because we're just chatting away - and then we pickup several weeks later where we left off. I just <3 Ashley! She's never allowed to leave. :) more

Fabulous Salon & Spa! 1/17/2011

It continues to amaze me that there are all these fabulous nail technicians at Dolce! It makes it hard to choose who to go to but also makes it easier since I have so many options and will know I can't go wrong with choosing\r any of the nail technicians.\r \r While all the pedicures I have had with Dolce are great, I do feel April is super fabulous! My pedicures always last at least 3 weeks and I know it's because of the extra time and care she takes to make sure my nails are\r prepped. April is so friendly and fun that I always look forward to my appointments with her. It's always nice to have someone who not only does a great job but you also enjoy their company.\r \r more
