Loved my Dolce Facial Experience!! 5/18/2010

WOW, what an awesome experience. A new product I used caused a really bad breakout. I had received a PCA peel at Dolce a week and a halfbefore but was looking to do another treatment before leaving on a business trip. I called and scheduled an appointment with Brittney at your Chandler location, not knowing if we could do anything. Brittney was WONDERFUL. She was attentive and understanding. We discussed my skincare regimen and she assessed my skin. She made me feel completely comfortable and confident that she would be able to help me.\r \r As she did my facial, she discussed the products she used, why she choose them and how they worked. Always keeping in mind my comfort and asking if my skin felt okay and making sure nothing was too strong. She truly personalized my facial to fit my skincare needs. When she was done my skin felt awesome. I could see immediate improvement and 2 days later I am still so pleased with the results. I will definitely be going back to see Brittney. Not only was she excellent at what she does but her customer service was above and beyond.\r \r Thank you Brittney and thank you Dolce. Dolce Salon and Spa-Chandler 4/11/2010

I've been visiting the Chandler location for a couple years now and I have never had a bad experience. Their services have always made me feel amazing, the people are nice and helpful and probably my favorite thing about Dolce is how it compensates it's patrons! Yes, their prices are way higher than I would ever pay, but I don't think I have ever paid full price for anything! The coupons they send out and the deals that they run are absolutely amazing and that's the main reason I keep going back...because I can have an amazing experience for a fraction of the price. I'm a teacher, so this is very important to me! I went in 2 weeks ago and paid $15 for a shampoo and style, manicure, and a brow wax all because I had coupons, dolce dollars saved up and became a fan on facebook! So if you haven't gotten on their mailing list, you must! Also, become a fan on facebook-the deals posted here daily are amazing! Try them out, I promise, you won't be disappointed! Great Experience 3/22/2010

I have gone to Dolce for spa services but have always had my brows waxed at salons closer to home. I recently started using products on my face where I can no longer have my brows waxed and Dolce offers tweezing services. I love this salon! I have been here a few times and have gotten my hair and nails done, and a couple times just to buy more hair products!! They sell the best products! I also love their daily ""Hook-up"" deals and their Dolce dollars!! What other salon basically pays you for enjoying their top of line services?? LOVE LOVE LOVE IT! Delightful Dolce 3/8/2010

I love Dolce in Chandler! Last week I had my haircut by Rochelle. It was my first time getting my haircut by her and she did a great job! She listened to what I wanted and did a fantatstic job. Dolce has daily hookups on Facebook that are really fabulous if you can wait until the last minute to book your services. I had a problem with a gift card and the friendly, helpful staff fixed it for me with no questions asked. If you want to fine a great place for hair, nails, or massages, Dolce is the place for you. more

Scottsdale Erin and Amanda are the Best! 2/22/2010

I had two great spa experiences at Dolce Scottsdale. My first appointment was with Erin for the most glamorous gel pedicure. I have never had such fashionable and sexy toes. I am hooked on gels and now I am hooked on Dolce as my only place for pedicures. I also went to Amanda for an eyebrow wax. She gave me the best brow shape for my face. I now understand why a great eyebrow waxer is a must for all women. Thanks Dolce for always making me feel special. Pros: Gel Pedis! more

DOLCE @ ARROWHEAD ROCKS!! 2/17/2010

I recently visited the Arrowhead location for a swedish massage by Lyn H. She was amazing, not to mention the VIP service I received the moment I walked in and checked in. I was escorted to the restroom upon arrival and had someone waiting for me once I was finished and escorted to the relaxation room upstairs. What a great room to relax before the massage actually even started. Then I met Lyn the LMT who made sure my experience was to die for. I have had many massages before, but this was the BEST EVER!!! She made sure I was comfortable and that everything was relaxing for myself. I explained to her I was a ""cooked spaghetti noddle"" when she was done I had to stay for a while, since I was soooo relaxed. I did book my next appointment next month with her. P.S. Men trade in your cheap haircuts! 2/15/2010

My girlfriend talked me into going to the “spa”. I thought it was not very manly. I traded in Sports Clips for Dolce and I have to say that it was a great call. She persuaded me to get a pedicure too. I was not very open but now I am hooked. Ashlee and Eve both did great jobs at The Borgata in Scottsdale. I think I may sign up for a manicure too. Ladies…when your man needs a little upgrading to his style Dolce is the place. Ashlee at the Scottsdale Borgata location made a believer out of mine and he has become a Dolce fan. Jade/Coleen at Scottsdale Borgata Location 2/11/2010

First of all I want to commend Dolce on how great the deals they offer their clients. I am getting married in 8 months and I wanted to get on a skincare regime to help with some blemishes. I met with Jade and she did a customized facial for me with an add-in that is supposed to help with congestion on my face. I had the facial done on February 9, 2010 and today (2/11/10) my face feels and looks wonderful. Of course I bought some discounted products to go with my discounted services to keep up with my skin care. I love that I was able to get such great products, a great facial, and GREAT customer service all in one. While I was there I also met with Colleen, bridal consultant, and she was a peach too! I absolutely loved the customer service I received at Dolce and can't wait to go back! Oh, regularly I don't think I would be able to afford the services, but they have daily specials and secret menus for clients to use. It is a great business plan and I love it! Love This Place! 2/5/2010

I was never a big massage girl. I am extremely ticklish so I usually just squirm around the table. But I was pleasantly surprised by the Swedish massage I received by Tarin. She was careful to stay away from my most ticklish area; my knees. My favorite part was the amazing scalp massage she gave me. I came out of the massage room feeling completely refreshed.\r \r On a whim, I decided to pick up a lip gloss while I was there. Little did I know, that they actually make the make-up right in front of you. It's awesome! I was able to pick out the consistantcy, color, and shimmer and shine levels. After seeing that, I had to get a matching lipstick and lip liner. So far I love them, the color really lasts. I will be back for more colors. Pros: Custom make-up more

I don't normally take my own advice, but I received a Dolce coupon over the weekend that entitled me to $25 toward any nail service... that means I got my manicure today for only $5! Blown Away by their Service and Specials! 1/30/2010

I just visited the Chandler Dolce Salon & Spa again. Oh my goodness...I was pretty impressed already with my first visit to Dolce a few weeks ago. However, yesterday the deal for the day was CRAZY ! I had a Mini-pedi with gel glitter polish and nails too. It was my first time having Abbey. She was amazing!! I don't know if I can ever go to anyone else now. She was so helpful in helping me choose which colors for my toes and which colors for my nails. And again, without making me feel rushed or like I'm too high maintenance. That is SUCH an important quality to me. As I have mentioned before, I do not like feeling like I annoy someone when I'm the one paying for a service. (But yesterday the deal was so incredible, I know I received so much more than what I paid. ) Anyway, Abby has a great personality and she's a perfectionist which I really love because I am too.\r \r As if that weren't enough, I was on-line looking at the different services and I couldn't decide if I should use my groupon for a ""peel"" or a cut and color so I just logged off. (a groupon is a service that you purchase for a very discounted price) I went to my mailbox and low and behold there was a postcard from Dolce giving me $100 credit toward any hair service. Dolce .... MADE MY DAY (again!) Now, I can get a peel and a color!\r \r The marketing your team does is phenomenal ! Fabulous Spray Tans at Dolce! 1/29/2010

I am extremely pale and have only ever walked out of tanning salons disappointed and looking like a lobster. After my bad luck with tanning beds, I decided to give spray tanning a try. I had never had a spray tan before today and was honestly a little nervous. The consultant at the Chandler Dolce was unbelievably helpful! She walked me through the whole process including personally doing all the required poses. She told me about her personal experiences and what to do after I got home. I am very pleased with my whole appointment and will be going back for more Magic Tans! My sister saw mine and loved it so much she had me booking her an appointment within five minutes of arriving home. I recommend the Magic Tan to anyone who wants a natural looking tan without going in those damaging tanning beds. Pros: Natural looking spray tan Cons: Not a one more

Hi! My name is Sarah and I just got home from my full set of acrylic nails apointment with the most fabulous nail tech a salon could have. My apointment was at 8pm 01.21.2010. Her name is Kiki and i have never had such a great nail tech! I just met a new favorite. She was so easy to talk to, very professional and eager to do anything i wanted even though i was her last apointment for the day! I really think that you have a great employee in her and will make sure all my friends start coming to see her! All the girls are gonna be jealous of my fabulous nails!! My new favorite place! 1/12/2010

I live downtown Phoenix, but drive to Chandler to have my hair cut. I was referred here by a friend of mine and am so happy for it. I was originally sucked into this great place by great prices (monthly promo), and was worried I was going to be paying an arm and a leg from here on out... I was wrong! I have since been back (and purchased products) and have never felt ripped off, at ALL. Stylists are great (although I have my own preference), environment is clean and great, as well. I am so happy that I chose this place for my hair needs (only haircut and product purchases). Deep Conditioning Treatment at Dolce 1/7/2010

My name is Tanya O'Toole and I was at the Chandler location on Friday Jan. 1rst and recieved the Kerastace deep conditioning treatment. I love what it did for my hair. It not only looks great but it feels amazing. I wish I could remember who did the treatment and styled it...she was excellent. I love the way she styled it! My last appointment at Dolce was fabulous from beginning to end! The girls at the front desk helped my boyfriend pick out the perfect package. They were able to schedule me for the exact date and time I needed. The services were sooo relaxing. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Add ons to my massage were recommended to suit my exact needs. I received compliments on how great my skin looked after my facial.
