Fabulous massage 1/14/2011

I had a fabulous experience yesterday at the Chandler location. I had been reading great things about massage therapist, David, so I decided to give him a try. I was very impressed with his professionalism. Prior to starting the massage we talked about my expectations to ensure we were on the same page as far as what I would be getting from the massage. We discussed any problem areas and how much pressure I wanted him to use. He identified knots and problem areas and really worked those areas to release the tension. He made sure I was comfortable throughout the massage and the pressure used was working for me. I liked his low key manner and his obvious love of the discipline. I like a very deep massage and I certainly got what I wanted. I floated away refreshed.\r more

A Facial and FUN 11/27/2010

Wow! I had an 8 am appointment for a facial and brow wax with Lyndsey S. When I arrived, I was checked in and the computers were down, but the CC took me right back to the relaxation room and brought me a steaming, fresh cup of coffee and explained that Lyndsey would be with me soon. Lyndsey took me back for the facial, this is the first time I have had a full 1 hour facial. I was able to get 3 add ons for the price of 1 due to the fabulous hook-up on facebook! The facial was amazing and Lyndsey makes sure that I am well taken care of and I know my current plan of care for my face, which is so helpful! And my brows look fierce! I then had my gift make-up application with Kara, she was so fun and personable. She ended up creating the custom foundation for me, there on the spot. AWESOME! I then had the complimentary style with Eisella, such a great blow out. I got there at 8am and left at 10:45am, DOLCIFIED! more

Massage 11/23/2010

I was in the other day for a massage. The staff at the front desk was very\r friendly even with the mass people in there buying hunnies. I really like\r the new hunnies because you can use any amount! That is totally awesome! I\r have seen quite a few massage therapists at Dolce. They all do a good job\r and are fabulous! However, Tara gets an extra complement from me because it\r was my best experience yet! I could tell that she really listened to what I\r was looking for and what areas to focus on the most. I really appreciated\r that. more

Never a bad Experience 10/18/2010

I have never had a bad massage a Dolce, and this was no exception. I received a 60 minute combo massage from Tarin (my favorite therapist) at the Chandler location. As a new mom, I don’t get much “me” time and it is great to know that when I go in I am going to receive a great service. Tarin asked me questions to cater my massage specifically to my needs. I love the combo massage because it incorporates many different modalities into the massage, which helps to\r alleviate all of my aches and pains, as well as the stress of the day. At the end of my massage I felt completely relaxed and the tightness in my neck and shoulders was gone. I look forward to my next getaway. Thanks Dolce!! more

Great service, great team, great feeling when you leave! 9/20/2010

I have been twice to Dolce Salon and Spa in Chandler. My experiences at Dolce on both occasions has been wonderful from the time I set foot in the front door, till the time I leave. \r I am frugal by nature, and am always looking for a good deal. Although this is not a place you are going to find Fantatic Sams prices, you will definitely find a quality salon with quality service. The girl that cuts my hair, Joselyn S, does a magnificent job! I leave their salon looking and feeling like a movie star. \r Dolce does many promotional deals that make it super easy to get all the pricey things you want to do, but never do do. Thank you Dolce! I love you! more

Dolce's Experienced Staff 8/26/2010

Service date: 8/14/2010\r Location: Chandler\r \r This was my second haircut from Mariel. The original cut was the best I'd had in a long, long time. This second cut was even better, probably because she didn't have to work around the poor cut from a previous sytlist (not Dolce). I randomly chose from Dolce's level 7 stylists hoping they would have the expertise to advise me on the best style for my age and hair type. I was not disappointed. I would recommend Mariel to anyone. My expectation is that all of Dolce's level 7's are well worth the cost of their services. more

A++ Nails! 8/5/2010

I recently had a manicure done with shellac. My nail specialist, Sheri, was incredibly personable. She also explained the difference between gels, acrylics, and gel polish/shellac. I told her I had previous experience with acrylics hurting and that I was afraid to try them again. She went into the detail between the difference between a qualified nail technician and someone without proper education. After my experience with Sheri I don't think I could go anywhere but Dolce. My shellac is beautiful and has a ""mirror shine"" just as advertised. more

Love Dolce - Chandler 8/2/2010

Following the wonderful AZ Spa Girls event on July 2nd, I very quickly\r wanted to prolong my Dolce experience. So, I booked a custom facial at your\r Chandler location on 7/5. I've lived in Phoenix for a few years and have\r driven past and around that location MANY times, but never knew much about\r the company or your services. Now, I am happy to say I am quickly turning\r from novice to pro :). The facial was performed by Kacie Bernardin and she\r did a fantastic job. I love the fact that you utilize Eminence products in\r your facials, since this is the line I have been using for a year+. I loved\r the rolling balls (?Chinese medicine balls?) that is performed towards the\r end. It's a nice push to get you to relax just a little bit more. I was\r immediately impressed by both Kacie and Brittany (from Spa girls event) with\r their level of knowledge and honest enhusiasm with explaining their tips,\r tricks, and product recommendations for Eminence. Having used the products\r for some time, I still don't know it all, and the information they brought\r to the table just made me appreciate the product and the professionalism of\r your staff even more.\r \r Thanks for making my first ""official"" visit to Dolce a treat. RUDE Front Desk! 7/24/2010

Went to Dolce today for a facial. The facial was AMAZING but when I went to check out the girl behind the front desk rolled her eyes at me when I asked how much a product that the service provider suggested cost. Then when I told her I'll pass on getting the product she threw it back in the basket and was so RUDE to me!! Not impressed at all with the way the front desk treats its customers. Won't be going back, I prefer Luxe off the 202 and Gilbert Rd. Too bad though because the facial was really good at Dolce too bad they didn't treat me better I would had come back. Pros: Great facial! Cons: Very rude front desk staff! more

Great Spa 7/22/2010

I had my first experience at Dolce today (Chandler location) and I must say you have a customer for life! it was th emost relaxing spa experience I have ever had. The My Sweet feet pedicure is amazing and April has\r talent like no other technician. I recieved the pedicure and a spa manicure from her. The products used are top of the line, the staff ishighly skilled and all ina beautiful environment. The microderm and facial I received worked wonders for my skin. Best Salon EVER!!! 7/20/2010

I have been going to Dolce for over a year now and am so happy and thrilled that I have found such a wonderful salon that encompasses all that a girl can ask for (in regards to being pampered!) Last Wednesday I had the pleasure of experiencing my first massage ever. I had booked a combo massage with Tarin and would recommend this massage to everyone. It started off with a scalp massage (which was by far my favoritepart of the session) and then each limbs and back. I felt so relaxed and blissful once\r I was done with it and am so happy that I finally decided to get one. After that I was treated with the complimentary blow out and style with Austin. Ileft Dolce feeling beyond DOLCEFIED! I also recommend becoming a facebook fan to get daily deals off thier already great prices. Pros: Great Customer Service more

Love Love Dolce 7/15/2010

I have been going to Dolce for 4 years now and I will never go anywhere else. Recently mom came to stay with my daughter and I for the summer. Well she knew she would have to get her hair cut eventually. Now normally she wouldn't spend that much on a haircut. I convinced her to just give it a try and since then she had been a total of 2 times. She is a Dolce lover too. Best spray tans!!!! 7/14/2010

I had an amazing experience yesterday at Dolce in Chandler. It started by calling in to book for a Versa spray tan. The representative on the phone was very helpful and explained what the whole versa tan experience would be like since it was my first time getting a spray tan. When I arrived around 530pm a girl at the front desk with blonde hair checked me in and brought me back to the versa tan room. She went over everything with me and even gave me pointers to make sure the spray tan reached certain areas and as well as tips on where to rub extra lotion on. She was so informative and even though it was near closing time she took her time to explain everything in detail to me, which I really appreciated. Overall this was an awesome experience, my tan looks great and I already have my next versa tan appointment booked for next week! Pros: clean and helpful more

Make your next appt. At Dolce! 7/9/2010

I was in earlier today for the second time and was even more pleased than my first visit.  I had my hair cut by Eisela and she did a fantastic job! I already pre-booked and scheduled my next appointment with her.  It is such a relief to find someone that can cut and style my hair perfectly. Eisela was very friendly and made sure I was comfortable with how she was doing my hair.  Thank you Dolce for another great service! Pros: clean and excellent customer service more

I love Dolce! 7/4/2010

I thoroughly enjoyed my facial with Bethany, she was very pleasant and accommodating. The service began by discussing my facial skin concerns, where I expressed my desire for preventative aging. I also had some hyperpigmentation that I wanted addressed in the facial. After discussing these concerns, she detailed her plans for my facial. This included a variety of masks and extractions, which all were very relaxing and gentle on my skin. Throughout the service she ensured that I was comfortable and was not feeling any unnecessary pain from the extractions portion. At the end, Bethany recommended a Jan Marini product called C-esta that I love! I've been receiving complements on my skin, from friends and strangers a like! I had already been using a few of Jan Marini products, but now I'm really hooked. Pros: Wonderful staff & products more

Great service at Dolce Salon in Chandler 6/30/2010

So I needed to find a new stylist for my 10 year old son, as he has outgrown the little kid type places, and needed a great haircut and style to his hair. I have been wanting to visit this salon and decided to give it a try with the hookup special. Called in morning and was able to get in that afternoon, which was great! Jenny was the stylist who did Trey's hair, and she was sweet and great with him. Haircut was best he has ever had. He was a bit weirded out by it being a 'girlie' place, but ended up loving it. In his words, ""She really knows how to get that shampoo and really scrub your head""! We'll be back to see her for sure. Thanks Jenny! Pros: hookups Cons: None so far! more

I love Dolce! I have always gotten great service and great results. The best part is they stand behind their services and will do REDO appointments for free if you are not happy. Here is a little info on my most recent visit:\r \r tried the VersaSpa spray tan system for the first time. I was a little intimidated but Clarissa from the front desk was wonderful! She demonstrated the process and gave me tips and tricks to make sure that the experience was a success. The system was much easier than I expected. My tan came out beautifully and I have gotten lots of compliments. I am on day four and the tan still looks great! I will be back for this service again. Pros: Professional, Pampering, FUN!! Cons: Can be pricey if you get carried away more

LOVE DOLCE CHANDLER! 6/5/2010

I had a full colorand cut on Memorial Day 2010 at the Chandler Location. I always feel really great the day I have a salonappointment. The minute I enter Dolce I feel important, pampered andrelaxed. I had tried many different salons upon relocating here 3 yearsago and the first time I tried Dolce I knew I had found ""my salon!"" nomore shopping around! My hair is perfectly colored, cut and styledEVERYTIME. In the past I had always had to wash my hair the minute I gothome from other salon appointments but from Dolce I leave feeling awesome,my hair is clean, smoothe, not ""over producted"" and beautiful! Theproducts you use are superior and available but not forced upon me as thecustomer, if I want to ask questions the staff is available, if I want topurchase I can, but I NEVER feel obligated. Thank you for being highclass and having specials that make it so that not only people of upperincome can utilize your services but those of us in the middle can enjoythe pampering we deserve without breaking the bank for the month! Great salon - I finally found a winner! 5/19/2010

I recently vistited the Chandler location and I had a wonderful service. I had my hair cut, highlighted, and I\r got a deep conditioning treatment. I love that the stylists have assistants\r to help the color process go so quickly. And, I got the BEST blow-out after\r my cut. My hair looked and felt so cute and healthy. I used to be one of\r those people that just went in to get their hair done when absolutely\r necessary, and I now find myself wanting to go every 6 weeks, just because I\r know how wonderful the Dolce services are. Plus, the hook-up deals are the\r best! I could not afford to go to Dolce as often as I would like if it wasn't for the hookup deals.\r And, since I am always one to schedule last minute services, those always\r work for me! I used to bounce around from salon to salon, but I think I have\r finally found a favorite!\r Thank you, Dolce! Pros: Great online deals for last minute appts. more
