This was Detlef's second visit to my home and, once again, he was very professional and skilled. I suspected a sewer line problem and he diagnosed the problem quickly as a very small issue in my toilet tank, which he fixed for free. Then he asked me if I still wanted him to check out my sewer line and I said yes. He sent a camera down the sewer line and showed me the video on his monitor to assure me my line was clear. I like how patiently he explains the problem to me and gives me my options and lets me make the final decision. I am in good hands when Detlef arrives! more

Detlef was very pleasant, polite, respectful and knowledgable. He diagnosed my problem quickly and accurately and then explained it to me, making sure I understood it thoroughly. He offered options for solving the problem and showed me the costs involved, then allowed me to choose which solution I wanted. He worked quickly to finish the job. My wife and I received a coupon for an air conditioner rejuvenation in the mail from Doctor Fix-it. I scheduled an appointment for Thursday July 3 with an early afternoon window. The time came and went, the technician called, gave me a time and said he was on his way, but was late again. After a thorough inspection, the technician found issues that were not yet problems but certainly had the potential. Since he arrived so late he was unable to complete the cleaning part of the service call. The technician provided several repair and warranty options. We told him that we would need a day or two to decide what option worked best for us. We paid $59.00 which was the price of an inspection on the condition that the fee would be applied to the repair bill. I phoned Doctor Fix-it Monday July 7th and scheduled an appointment for Friday July 11. When scheduling the appointment I made sure to ask if the parts had to be ordered or were in stock. I was told that the parts were in stock. My wife arranged to work from home to accommodate the repairs. Two employees showed up around 10:30 and appeared to be ready to work but then seemed confused. After showing them where everything was, they still seemed confused. Assuming they would get started, my wife went upstairs to work. She noticed that one of them was on the phone outside for some time; at least 30 minute. They then came in and she asked them if they had everything they needed to get started. They advised her they did not have the parts and that this was “Shane’s deal” and that he had the day off so that was why they were there. They advised her that they would not be able to do the job – no parts, and that Shane would have to be scheduled to do the job. He also advised her that they had no paperwork for any of the financing we had discussed with Shane prior to committing to do the work. Dr. Fix-It representative, Michael L. was extremely professional in every respect assisting us with the installation of a new water heater. He was very courteous and informative regarding the assessment of our current water heater and options from repair to the existing unit to replacement. Michael clearly explained our options regarding water heater model, respective warranty and maintenance. He outlined the install process and answered any questions. Most importantly, Michael's work was outstanding and he ensured the area was spotless upon completion. We were extremely pleased with the work and his extra effort to make sure we were pleased with the end product. more

Adam and Jeremi were absolutely amazing. They came in a timely manner after I called the office. They were dressed well with clean clothing that was tucked I and they looked very presentable. They acted very courteously. The fixed my initial problem very quickly and when I went to put things back in my cabinet and noticed a small leak they came back out immediately even though they were off for the day! They fixed not one but two hardware issues from previous plumbers free of charge and cleaned up their mess after they were finished. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who asked me about them or a plumber in general. more

Drilon is an EXCELLENT technician. He is not only knowledgeable, but also very personable. He identified the exact nature of my plumbing problem and suggested several strategies to correct the issue. Justin was polite, professional and respectful from the minute he walked in my door. He consulted with me about what the job would entail and was honest and forthright with his opinion when I asked for it. He was meticulous and thorough in completing the job, going the extra mile to make sure it was done right. When he was done, he did an amazing job cleaning up after himself. Drilon was on time and polite. He did the work in a reasonable amount of time. He cleaned up after himself. In general he was very professional. The disposal is stainless steel and has a seven warranty on parts and labor. The price is in line with other companies I have checked online. more

Great guys, worked hard all day and got everything done and cleaned up before they left. I'm happy with the work and feel these two men knew what they were doing and did it very well.
