Fast and Reliable 3/6/2014

After failing to fix a clog in my kitchen drain, Detlif from Doctor Fix-it was able to get to my house within 30 minutes of calling on a Tuesday evening. Because of some very old plumbing, we have had to have them out to our house a few times, and they are always very fast and stand by their warranties. more

once Steve arrived at our house, he did a thorough inspsection of whole house, found not only leak we called on but others we did not realize we had, Steve explained all that needed to be done with no pressure to do any work, he also explained the company background and his background, once work was authorized he worked without a break til all projects had been completed. Steve was polite friendly and very knowledge, he explained everything he did. we would use the company again more

Doctor Fix-It 2/26/2014

Jeremi and Adam were both very professional. Jeremi discussed everything he was going to do. He did a very thorough job. He and Adam found a "clean out" that had never been cleaned out by the past plumbers and technicians. I have had my drains snaked at least five times in the past and it was more expensive than the $99. I will definitely refer my friends to your company. more

Great service, clean and professional. 2/25/2014

We had a clogged sewer main and decided to give Doctor Fix-It a chance after seeing coupons in the Val-u-ads. Detlef showed up on time and was very professional and worked in a clean and efficient manner. After determining that we had roots in our line, Detlef called in his supervisor Jon to run a sewer scope to survey the problem. After looking down there they both gave us advice as to what needs to be done without pressure. I would recommend this service to anyone who needs help. Great Job Guys! more

Electrician 2/21/2014

Very personable and very pleased with efficient service and the technician. Steven a trainee was with him and I was pleased the way they worked together. Installed a new outdoor light fixture and tested it. Also, showed me how to adjust the track lighting in my sunroom. I'd call again! more

We were having problems with old leaking pipes in an older house. Very friendly Steve P came over , checked everything out plus other problems . He repaired everything just like new in fairly fast time for so much work to do. We will call him again when we have problems and will tell friends about him. Well done - Thank you againSteve P. more

Eric N - excellent customer service 2/15/2014

Eric came to my house to determine whether I had a problem with a drain or with my dishwasher itself. He thoroughly checked all possibilities and offered observations and great advice on several potential issues that could arise because of my outdated plumbing. He found, and showed me, that the dishwasher itself was the cause of my problem. He was friendly and helpful and only charged me $39.95 for the diagnostic, since I will need to replace the dishwasher to solve this particular issue. I will certainly call Doctor Fix-it and request Eric when the time is right to resolve several other potential issues before they happen. more

Great Service and a Fair Price 2/11/2014

I called Terry out to fix an issue with a GFI outlet that kept tripping. He found a damaged wire going to the Dishwasher and was able to fix the issue fast and at a fair price. I have used these guys in the past and will continue to use them in the future. more
