Great Service 1/30/2015

Dr. Fix It was able to dispatch a tech on the same day. The tech arrived on time (actually early), diagnosed the problem, and rapidly corrected the issue. We haven't had any problems since and will use this company for future issues. more

The Big Scoper 1/30/2015

After listening to all of Ron's fishing stories and being a fisherman, I was doubtful that he was as good as he claimed and that made me wonder if what he was telling about the need for repair on my main line was true. Just kidding. Ron was very efficient and wanted to make sure that he evaluation was accurate thus repeating it several times. He is very good at what he does. more

The Best Main Line Flusher 1/30/2015

Detlef was very serious and all business. He assured us that we did not need to pout down tarps or help in any way as he had it cover which he did. When he completed his work every thing was put backlist as he found it one could not tell that he had bee there other than the toilet no longer over flowed. The dispatcher said that she was sending the best, Detlef is the best. I sent this a second time as I am not sure that it went the first time. more

Detlef accomplished his job in a very serious and can do fashion. From the minute he arrived, I was assured that we did not need to put down tarps or help in any way as he had it under control and that was the case. The dispatcher said that she was sending out the best, and she was correct. He would be welcome in our home any time. more

Electrical replacement 1/24/2015

Ryan and Chris did an excellent job and upgraded our outside boxes and replaced necessary outlets inside to do all copper wiring now. We are up to code now and so far has not had any power surges like we were having. Ryan promised to get done within the 2 days as we had out of town company coming and finished by the time frame set. Very pleased with the work they both did. Ryan was very personable and knowledgeable of what he was doing and Chris, who came on the second day, worked just as hard. Thank you both for a job well done. more

Money well spent for friendly service and lifetime security 1/23/2015

Sunday night we lost power to the addition of our house that the do-it-yourselfers who owned the house before us decided to put on themselves. Monday morning I called Doctor Fix-It because we have the service plan through them and they had a technician (Justin) at our house same day. Justin was incredibly personable, knowledgable, and helpful with our situation. He immediately noticed that the previous owners had completely overloaded the already outdated fuse box when they put the addition on the house. Not only was it a huge safety issue, it also halted any of our future plans for the house. Justin gave us a variety of options and generous offers that made it easy to proceed with repairs quickly. Over the next two days he installed a new and improved fuse box along with tending to many of our other electrical needs around the house. Not only do we have confidence in having our power back; now we are capable of making this house our dream home. Couldn't be happier. more

plumbing review 1/2/15 for brian underwood 1/2/2015

We have an old faucet in our sink in our house built in 1942. Brian Underwood reported for work at 9:00 and gave us an estimate of the repair costs. When he took the faucet apart, he found it not repairable, so we authorized installation of a new faucet. This he did with difficulty, since some of the connections also had to be replaced. He completed his work by 11:30 and was upbeat and helpful the entire time. The bill was just a little more than the estimate because of coupons he offered. Super friendly technician with a generous personality and smile. He is very competent and explained what he was doing and why. Concurrent with his visit to check out the circuit breaker panel, I was addressing a separate issue with a light socket. He suggested I let him do it and test it out. The light socket issue was not what I originally called him for, so it suggests to me that Justin is willing to go the extra mile for his customers. I will definitely contact him for future service calls. Thank you, Justin! more

Great job 12/20/2014

Detlef and in the next day after sewer main was repaired. There was a backup. He unclogged the drain twice to make sure it was working correctly. He was professional neat and clean! Detlef covered work sera and cleaned up after himself. Great job!!! more

These guys were great. We had JB come out and check our furnace. He immediately found the problem and showed us exactly what was going on. He advised us we would need a new furnace. He came by in the morning. By 5pm we had a brand new furnace installed at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended. more
