Dr. Fix It is an excellent company, with honest service people, reasonable prices, and good warranties. Eric gave us all the options about our water heater, and there was no pressure to upgrade or buy new. He was very polite and friendly, and we are happy with a job well done. more

We recently purchased an older home and called Dr. Fix-It to look at an electrical outlet that wasn't working. The technician discovered that the circuit was wired in a manner that could cause a hazard. He fixed the problem quickly and checked to make sure other circuits weren't wired improperly. more

Doctor Fix-It and their technician, Steve P., were a consumer's dream. The experience was respectful, efficient, and high-quality, from the person who answered my phones, the the woman who called each time a representative was on his way to my home, to the initial visit by Steve P. and his follow-up visit to complete the project. His work was excellent, his demeanor pleasant, and he treated me and my home with respect. He made sure I knew what was coming at all times, and explained what needed to be done after he finished. I would call Doctor Fix-It again and recommend the company to my friends and family without reservation. more

Hose Bib Replacement 4/24/2014

Chris H. did an excellent job...fast, efficient and professional. Chris H. is a great ambassador for Doctor Fix-It Plumbing. I do have a complaint and that is the price. I paid $470 (after the $59 discount coupon) for a job that took about an hour. The parts would not have exceeded $75. That works out to $395 for labor . The company offers a toilet and install for $349 which is a bargain compared to my minor plumbing job in comparison. Same day service, excellent plumber...but price will not bring back as a repeat customer in the future. I gave 5 stars for Chris H. and Chris H. alone. I give 1 star for Doctor Fix-It's pricing...too bad as I'm a loyal customer when treated fairly. more

Valve replacement 4/17/2014

Russ did a professional job replacing a water valve leading to the sprinkler system. He was efficient, very knowledgeable, and also checked the outside valves for damage or leaks. This company and the technicians that I have used for various work have always done a great job. more

Timely and outstanding service 4/14/2014

Tech Detlef came out immediately after us calling the office and took care of our main drain. He covered all the flooring and taped up the wall around the main trap and make sure that nothing got soiled or damaged. And taped up the trap cover with Teflon tape. No mess afterwards and the drain was cleared in a very short time. I would highly endorse this company and Detlef. more

A very happy customer 4/8/2014

I was very pleased with Eric's promptness and knowledge of my toilet problems. He offered suggestions along with his recommendation. He had everything he needed on his truck and completed the job in a surprisingly short amount of time. He was friendly yet professional. I was very comfortable to have him working in my house and would definitely call Dr. Fix It again! more
