J.B. needs a good deodorant. I noticed a pungent odor of rotten eggs and kraut. I was thankful that he did not raise his arms very often. We had to cover out noses when he was expelling the new furnace as his breath reeked of beer and some other strange odor. When he was showing my wife and me where the new filter would go, I ran to get the plumbers crack caulk. I think that I typed this just as Stephen dictated it to me. All kidding aside, J.B. was very thorough in his explanation of the problems existing with our aging furnace. It died the day after he had made necessary patch work repairs to keep it running, but he said that he could not guarantee how much longer that it would run. After we agreed that a new furnace was in order, he was very patient with our concerns and questions about a new unit. Thanks, JB
