Competent, friendly, honest, fair prices 4/19/2016

Had a brake job recently. No attempt to sell me more repairs than i needed and very reasonable cost. Only negative was the car had some kind of gritty dust on the dash when i picked it up that wasn't there when i dropped it off. Not a big deal and overall very happy with the services. Delivered on time too. more

Last week I had my car serviced for an oil change and had new brakes installed. Everything was explained up front and itemized on the bill so I knew exactly what was done along with the corresponding price. The overall price was very reasonable. There were no sales pitches to get more things done to the car then what needed to actually be done. I felt they were fair and trustworthy. Customer service was excellent! I will definitely be a repeat customer to Doc Able's Auto Clinic. more

Overcharged for very small items; long-time, loyal customers should be "taken care of" better than that 1/24/2016

I felt that the small job of clipping the splash guard back under the front bumper and replacing a burnt out headlight bulb should not have cost $90+ !! I understand the cost of supplies but to charge two quarter hours of labor for such small work (I would have replaced the bulb myself if I didn't have a shoulder injury) is not how a longtime loyal customer should be treated for their years of business. I'm tired of being overcharged. Moreover, I should have been made aware what the cost of labor might amount to before the work was done. I called a nearby garage and got an over-the-phone estimate to compare: hands down a much better deal. more

Very Pleased with New Ownership! 1/23/2016

I was a little hesitant to take my 1999 Acura CL to Docs after learning of a new ownership. Having been a Doc Able customer for over 10 years I took the chance with the new guys and I couldn't have been more pleased with the great service I received. I never had any suspicion of being advised to do more than was absolutely necessary and they worked with me within my budget. The final bill was even less than I thought it would be and the workmanship was flawless....nice people to deal with!!! Highly recommended! more

Good service and communication 1/11/2016

Recently my car wouldn't start and Doc Able's sent help to my home garage within 15 minutes of my call. Everything was resolved within 24 hours at a fair price with good communication of what was going on along the way. more
