This place have a very good selections of cars , and carfax available for all cars on the web site and for me this is the number one thing I look , I like my family to be safe , I had couple question so I called there and spoke with one of the sales person name Ludy very nice girl , I had a lots of question and she het above beyond on answering all my question thank you im very please with your help. jojo more

The whole experience was great for me. I went there and i wasn't sure i would get approved because of my credit but after speaking with Thais she assured me that I would be able to get a better car. found my car online and went through the process of asking for a quote. Thais scheduled an appt for me and she was very nice. I talked everything through with the finance department and they literally took care of everything for me, I just signed and walked out of there with a smile. I would certainly recommend these guys any day more

I will have to go ahead and agree with the reviews written here. I am proud to say I have recently gotten my cruze with them. The car is in perfect shape, drives awesome and they worked with my down payment and budget, finding me the perfect deal possible. The Direct experience was perfect for me in terms of time management as well. I went in to test drive last week and then I went back two days after to sign paperwork... I maybe spent 5 hours total at the dealership, which was phenomenally efficient on their part. By the time I left , my car was registered, inspected, with new plates and insurance. So glad I went to Direct!!! Thank you Ashley for bringing me! more

I came across Direct Auto Mall when I was doing some research online. I called them to confirm the availability of a vehicle and Thais confirmed the availability and scheduled me for the next hour.
