My lease was coming up so then I decided to buy my own vehicle. I had heard great things about Direct Auto Mall so then I decided to go there myself and give them a try. Before I went to them I had visited a couple other dealerships around to compare vehicle, prices, deals and etc and I am glad I did. Direct Auto was the best one! They had the exact car I wanted, from exterior color to features. All the staff was very friendly. I had called prior to going into the store and spoke with Thais who was able to answer all my questions and schedule an appointment for my husband and I. I will come back for my next vehicle and will be sending my friends your way! more

Very good business. Very respectful, a lot of dealerships try to take advantage of people especially woman because they think they do not know anything. But Direct Automall did non of that, they spoke to me as an equal and did not try to trick me. I first called because of a commercial i saw and was helped by Ashley. She explained how things would work and some stuff about the cars i liked. She was nice and respectful too. I got my car and I am very happy because they got me the best deal and my monthly payments are very low. more

Very happy with my experience at this dealership! I worked with Ashley and she was extremely helpful and informative. She answered to all my questions about each vehicle I was interested in. She was friendly and set me an appointment for the same day! I came with all things i needed because she let me know what i needed to bring. Everything went smooth and fast. Love my car! The place to go if you are trying to finance a good car with no crazy rates. I bought a car there recently and have nothing to complain about. They are very knowledgeable and professional. I called there and spoke with a young lady named Thais who was able to schedule an appointment for the same day within hours. I can say I am a happy customer. more

I was able to buy a very nice truck for my company at an excellent price. They offer good financing and I was able to get a great deal even with a poor credit. Satisfied with my experience and truck has been very reliable to my company. They are good if you are trying to fix up your credit without having a very high interest rate. Got truck delivered on the date agreed on. Truck was clean in and out and drives smoothly. Thais was the lady I spoke with before coming in. She was very helpful beginning to end. I really like this place and if you are reading the reviews here on Citysearch i highly recommend them. I worked at the beginning with Ashley, she was able to get me all the need to know info before i even stepped foot in the place. She was very nice and clearly knows how to do her job in a manner that is enjoyable for customers like myself. She created the domino effect of great service. The car i bought is fantastic and I am beyond pleased with the dealership itself. Dont waste any of your time with other places, they will not dissapoint you. more
