Found some info of them on a magazine and was relieved to know they work with bad credit too. I spoke with Tais and she scheduled an appt for me right away. It wasn't so difficult to buy a car after all. more

THANKS ASHLEY! I dont know if she will see this but she deserves the recognition, she really helped me a lot when deciding a lot of things during my car buying process. She was so nice and friendly and knew a lot about the cars i was interested in. If it wasnt for her I probably wouldnt have gone to the dealership. She made me feel confident in my decision and i was right because everything turned out great! I got the car I wanted and for a great price. I am beyond happy and will recomment this place to everyone! more

Ashley is why I have given great ratings. I had purchased another car from Direct. It's obvious they want to help you get the best possible car for your needs. I am so in love with my new used camry . Smooth ride, very comfortable for my body size and I absolutely love the. The bank turned me down because I had no credit pay off history but Ashley said my great credit rating would be welcomed by chase or cac financing and it was. I appreciated her kindness. I was emotionally upset having just had an accident Ashley was supportive and caring. I will refer everyone I know to Ashley and direct. more

I would like to say that in all my car dealership experiences, I have never met a dealership employee that I have been this impressed with. Ashley was unbelievably great to speak with. I did not want to buy a vehicle until I did enough research on other brands, but I must admit, Ashley got me to want to come in right away. I have never seen anything like it, to be honest, I'm still wondering how I let my guard down that day - but it was worth it. After stressful visits to seven dealerships, I decided to start calling the dealerships first and if that went well then I would visit them. When I called I spoke to Ashley and she proved to be professional and likeable. She was thourough when answering my questions and if she did not know the answer she got it in a timely manner and got back to me in the same fashion. She did not seem fake and had a great personality. I was so impressed by her that is why I decided to check the place out and was impressed with everything.
