Called them after my vehicle was totaled. Thais was the rep I spoke to and she was absolutely helpful and very efficient. I was able to take a few cars for test drive in the same day I called. Great prices and good condition vehicles. Ended up buying a Pilot and I love it. more

This dealer knows how to take care of their customers. It felt like home when I was there. Our experience in buying a Corolla was great from start to finish. I look forward to buying more cars from them and also have them service my current vehicle. The staff works together as a team and that is very good. Thais alves was very outgoing and friendly over the phone!!! I had called about a cruze and got great customer service. I scheduled an appointment just to see it and ended up purchasing the vehicle. I had several questions about financing and my questions were taken care of promptly. Not only I absolutely love the car but many people have asked where I purchased it and they say how nice it is. I had a very smooth experience over at direct auto mall. I inquired about a vehicle online and received a call very quick. Thais confirmed the vehicle availability and I was able to schedule a visit the next day. I took the car for a test drive and was able to reach an excellent deal. They got the vehicle all cleaned up and I took the car after a couple days. All in all a very good experience at this dealer. more

I was in the market for a better, reliable car for me to go to college. I found Direct Auto Mall on google after looking for car dealerships near me. I saw they had a large inventory so I simply called and scheduled an appointment for me to go over there the next weekend. I was helped by Thais Alves who was very sweet, attentive and helpful. I found an excellent vehicle for me and the price fit my budget. They were definitely a step above all the other dealers I have been to. It was worth my time and money. I will be back for my second purchase. more

The first time I visited Direct Auto Mall was about 3 weeks ago. I had a very pleasant experience. I did not feel pressured at all, considering that other dealers I have been to made me feel otherwise. Thais was the person that set me up with an appointment.
