I shoot at Dietz about once a month. I like this range because it is private and nobody bothers you. The range safeties leave you alone too. It is also great for the price. $10 will let you shoot all day, but even better yet, it is only $1.00 if you're military. That's well worth it in my opinion. My only issue with this range is that they only take cash, no debit or credit cards. So if you want to go shooting there, make sure you stop and buy plenty of ammo before you go, or take cash if you want to buy anything else while you're there.
I've read a lot of negative comments about the staff at Dietz. I will say that I have never felt disrespected by any of them. The range safety knows his stuff. If you have any issues with your weapon, he can fix it for you. However, he has a very deep German accent, and doesn't hear so well in my opinion, so I have had communication issues with him in the past. It just takes some patience and thick skin. The other range safety that occasionally works there has a foul mouth, but that has never bothered me. (I do too) I think it adds to the character of the range. If foul language is an issue for you, then here's your fair warning. I say that because people take their kids out there. As for the guys who work inside, they have always provided satisfactory service. Don't get my wrong, no one is sitting at the door waiting to greet you with cookies, but they always get you in and out as quick as possible.
It's a good range. I recommend it.
