My experiences with Shooting Ranges go back to nearly 25 years. I attended many competitions and participated in organized sports shooting tournaments in my past. Dietz was an experience as far as Safety & Organizational of site to be a major accident to happen. The state of Texas should be looking into setting standards to regulate safety and guidance for shooters wanting to have a good experience. I will start off with the range having no restrictions and having someone enforcing safety. Their pistol range is a free for all to walk downrange and inspect their targets, while hoping that the other shooters have some command sense not to shoot. There are no safety walls to protect you while kids are loading guns pointing towards other shooters, instead of pointing downrange. Dietz should visit Texas Thunder Range and learn to run a safe and accident free shooting range like Texas Thunder. I would not recommend for anyone to take your sons, daughters or spouse to be exposed to an accident. I think their range master have their heads buried in the dirt overall. Yes, it could be CHEAP to shoot at Dietz, but take some body armor if you don?t want to be a victim. I think Jerry from Texas Thunder Range has nothing to worry about Dietz getting my business ever again.
